Live Exchange Rate is a small AppleScript that enables you to get live current US dollar exchange rates from the Internet for many countries/currencies.

This set of scripts was written to help rate songs on headless Macs running iTunes. It basically comes down to providing an easy way to rate songs with just a keyboard. It provides verbal feedback for the user as well, so you know if it worked.
NOTE: iTunes must be the front running application in order for these apps to work. There are lots of switchers that can make this happen (there are also some workarounds I can share as well, but they are harder to configure, so not documented here).
Enhancements:
- The "?" option now announces the current rating of the song.
- The "?" option only changes the rating of a song if it is changed from the current rating.

3ahtlet is my latest cocoa software, who I developed because I needed something to store my workout data.

With this app you can create different kinds of training categories in which you store your exercises. Myself I use a Polar heart rate monitor, and for each exercise you can store: date, duration (time), length (km), average speed, average heart rate, max heart rate, calories and notes.

Binary format
Creates a regular data file with the extension: "tri". Use this format for regular use, while its the fastest.

XML Format
If you want to export your records to an open format you can save a copy to this format. The file will have the extension "tri_xml", and if you drop it on an text editor you can then read the content.
