RAR Expander is a free and open source Mac OS X program that extracts the files contained in RAR archives. RAR Expander supports both single and multi-part archives, and has support for password-protected archives as well.
RAR Expander uses the official unRAR library internally so it is fully compatible with archives produced by WinRAR.
RAR Expander also features AppleScript support, and includes a few useful example scripts for expanding multiple archives at once.

Enhancements
- Updated unrar core to latest version (v3.60).
- When entering a password for password-protected archives, the password can now be copy/pasted using the edit menu (and the standard shortcut key).
- Added a checkbox to the password entry window so that the password can optionally be shown while typing.
- Fixed bug: the cleanup of the temporary surrounding folder failed when extracting empty archives or pressing cancel for password-protected archives, causing RAR Expander to think it was still extracting the archive.
- Added an additional "using password" argument to the "expand" AppleScript command to script expansion of password-protected archives.
- The Finder now recognizes files with extensions "01" and "001" as files that can be opened with RAR Expander by double clicking them.

A common problem is that sometimes you may have many files with different passwords to extract and you dont want to switch to Expander after each File and then get the password first and copy-paste it and wasting time with all these actions.
Another example is when I leave my computer and theres many files to extract (and we all know that extracting has a pretty high CPU usage) it would be nice to have them unpacked while Im gone. With Stuffit Expander I have to retype the password even its the same every time.
You can add files to a list and set a password for each file. If you have many files with the same password you can use the "set password" feature to add the password to all files.
When you hit "expand" ExpanderQueue launches Stuffit Expander and starts extracting the files starting with the file you added first. When expanding large files (100mb+) ExpanderQueue the system displays the rotating cursor symbol. Dont be bothered by that and just let ExpanderQueue in the background. Ill try to fix that if possible.
