Rip To iPod 2.1 is designed as a handy tool to rip CD track to iTunes and immediately copy it to iPod. It deletes the file, and removes the track from the iTunes library, giving the appearance of seamless CD-to-iPod importing. You can also change your encoder on-the-fly and your Preferences-set encoder will be restored after the rip.

Requires that iPod be set to "Manually manage music and videos". iPods set to sync are ignored.

As a longtime Windows user, I have become quite accustomed to having the "Copy To" and "Move To" items right at my fingertips in the Windows Explorer toolbar. So when I bought my first PowerBook several months ago I was at a loss, because not only did these items not exist in the Finder, there was really no easy way to move files at all!

So in my frustration I created this simple Applescript droplet that works just like the "Move To" item from Windows Explorer. Drag and drop files on this applications icon in the Finder to move those files to another folder on your computer. It will even work across separate volumes. Brilliant!

R is a language and environment for statistical computing and graphics. It is a GNU project which is similar to the S language and environment which was developed at Bell Laboratories (formerly AT&T, now Lucent Technologies) by John Chambers and colleagues. R can be considered as a different implementation of S. There are some important differences, but much code written for S runs unaltered under R.

R provides a wide variety of statistical (linear and nonlinear modelling, classical statistical tests, time-series analysis, classification, clustering, ...) and graphical techniques, and is highly extensible. The S language is often the vehicle of choice for research in statistical methodology, and R provides an Open Source route to participation in that activity.

One of Rs strengths is the ease with which well-designed publication-quality plots can be produced, including mathematical symbols and formulae where needed. Great care has been taken over the defaults for the minor design choices in graphics, but the user retains full control.

This applescript fetches your email and copies all of your new messages to the notes folder of your iPod.
You can then take your unread emails with you.

Enhancements:
- V.1.2 by Ben Klocek. Fixed a problem, where the script started at the oldest email, not the newest. Corrected this, so now the script grabs the unread messages in your inbox. Removed user defined number capability. No way I could find to grab the most RECENT n emails.

Eudora to Scripter creates a file with selected text from a Eudora message and then opens the file in a new window with Scripter or Scripter PE. If Sandis Additions is installed, Scripter will attempt to compile the text.

to From is a small Entourage AppleScript which will enable you to reply to the address in the From field, overriding the "Reply To" header.
