Psalms and Ragas 1.0.9 provides you with a professional and very useful Audio-application which contains all the Raga-based (i.e. Indian musical tones-based) Psalm-tunes and Refrains for the Psalms and Canticles created at St. Benedict Monastery. Just select a Refrain, a Canticle or a Psalm-tune and listen to its music, as many times as you like.

Arcs and Sectors 1.0 is known as a free yet very useful program taken from a CD-ROM collection of over 200 mathematics puzzles, available on the developer's Web site. Developed by a veteran teacher, these visually-oriented puzzle games have a simple interface and are designed to provide math problems in context to middle-school (grades five through nine) students.

In this particular program, students are given the radius or diameter of a circle, as well as the measure of a central angle, and must find the area of the circle, the area of the sector defined by the central angle, the circumference of the circle, and the length of the arc defined by the central angle. The Quit All and Run script quits all open applications, foreground and background, and allows you to choose and open a program.

When you quit your application, the script will relaunch all the background applications (if there were any), otherwise itll just quit.

The "Stuff and Mail" droplet creates archives of dropped files, folders or a combination of them, onto the desktop, moving existing items to the trash and attaches them to a new message document within the email client.

The script was originally written for Eudora Light 3.1.3 on Mac OS 7.6.1 but is easily adaptable to any other scriptable email client by editing the source code.

PS2PDF and Friends is a collection of drag-and-drop AppleScripts that convert among different Adobe file types. The stars of the show are the PostScript to PDF converters, which emulate different settings of Acrobat Distiller. There are other useful file converters and optimizers as well.
Enhancements:

- Tracked down and fixed a bug where Ghostscript cant properly process Postscript files with text that were created through OS Xs print dialog. Output may not be optimal for these files, however.
- Changed PostScript to PDF scripts to accept EPS files.
- Added a "PSTOPDF OS X" script utilizing Mac OS X 10.3 and 10.4s "pstopdf" command.
- Added a "PS2PDF eBook" script.
- Changed "PS2ASCII" converter to accept EPS files.
- Added an "EPS2PS" script.
- Clarified certain issues and functionality in Read Mes.
- Added code so that files would appear immediately after processed.

Close and Delete is a small AppleScript for BBEdit which closes the frontmost document and moves it to the trash without a warning.

BBEdit has a great feature called Close & Delete, which is available when you hold down Shift and view the File menu. In BBEdit 7.0 and later, the utility of this time-saving feature is greatly diminished because BBEdit asks if you’re sure that you want to delete the file.

This script restores the old behavior of the command. If you delete the file by accident, you can always recover it from the trash can.
