Fama IM is a project to build an easy to use, powerful, open source instant messaging software built on the Flexible Communications Framework, Telepathy.

The Fama IM interface is text-based and built upon the NCurses library, hence you run it in your favorite terminal emulator or directly in the console. A graphical interface alternative is planned to be implemented in the future.

The goal is to provide users with a highly and complete intuitive instant messaging application that would fit anyones needs.
