Version 1.2.2 fixes an issue which arises when using Wizard Mode or when having Chaos Master recommend files to remove in "Duplicate Files" or "Duplicate Applications" in the Advanced tab. This issue occurs when and only when users have two System Folders on the same partition. In some cases, this circumstance has caused files from the Active System folder to be moved to the trash. Chaos Master now distinguishes between the Active System folder and any other systems in this partition, and checks for Duplicate Files or Duplicate Applications without accessing the Active System Folder.
