For five years you were apprenticed to the sorceress Calesstra when your apprenticeship was cut short. Never will you forget that fateful night, for it changed your life.
You were studying a particularily difficult spell when you felt a sudden surge of magical energy. You turned around and a flash of white light blinded you. When your eyes had recovered, Calesstra was gone.
You set out to find her, never guessing that your search would take you far beyond your world, through forests and mountains, through deserts of burning sand and deserts of eternal ice, through cities and swamps. Your quest would ultimately determine the fate of two world, for you are the Chosen, you are the Fated, you are the Lightslayer.
Lightslayer is an action role-playing game played in first person perspective. As a dark elven sorceress, you travel through a vast world, fighting monsters and completing quests in the search for your missing mentor.
Starting with version 2.0 (released 25 Jun 2005), Lightslayer is free! This release also changes a lot of the underlying technology, and is the first version of Lightslayer to be ported to the Macintosh platform.
Enhancements:
- Lightslayer version 2.1 (released 04 Jul 2005) fixes a couple of bugs that crept into Lightslayer 2.0.

This is a simple application for OS X that allows you to pick a MIDI source, a MusicDevice AudioUnit and an Effect or MusicEffect AudioUnit to play with. You can open an edit window for both the synth and effect. If they do not have a custom edit GUI, the generic editor view will be used.
It is primarily intended to be used by Audio Unit developers for testing purposes, although it can be plenty of fun to play with all by itself. It is conceivable that you could even use it for live performances. In the end, I would like SynthTest to perhaps become an open reference implementation of an AudioUnit host. I also plan on adding more developer-oriented features, like property and parameter inspection, control over input and output busses, and support for more of the music device features like groups and instruments.
Enhancements:
- Fixed crash related to and added workaround for audio units that do not have a space after the colon in their combined name.

GimmiAmazon shows Amazon search results without browsers.
The widget cooperates with AddressBook and Mail.app. You can choose your (probable) angel and send a request for a gift found in Amazon. Select an item in preview panel and push GO button to visit Amazons detailed information or push Mail button to send an e-mail.
The angel and the contents of your request mail is given in reverse panel.
As you do with browsers you can search products in Amazon by typing keywords at right input field.
Search results are shown in preview panel and an item is focused when clicked.
The information panel has GO button and Mail button. GO button leads you to Amazons page of detailed information of the product you selected. Mail button opens Mail.app and prepare a mail to your angel.
GimmiAmazon 0.2.0 or later can load and show average review rates in preview/detailed panel if a product has. Downloading reviews can be make the widget slower and you can cancel it from reverse panel.
Search results can be sorted in Amazon by some measurements like alphabetical, price, release date or review rate order. This widget supports reordering by these methods different for each product groups.
Sort order is selectable at the right bottom box and retrieving process starts when you select a new order.
