Quit Application CM s a contextual menu plug-in that allows you to quit an open application from its icon in the Finder without switching to the application. It is really meant to be an easy way to quit background only applications, especially for developers.

To use it, drag the "Quit Application CM" file into the "Contextual Menu Items" folder located within the System Folder. Depending on your system, you may have to reboot for it to take effect.

When you control-click (or right-click - doh!) on the icon of an open application, you should be able to quit it. Note that this uses an AppleEvent to quit the application, and because a contextual menu plug-in isnt a real application, AppleEvents arent supposed to work.

The Tixe framework is a toolkit for application developers that improves WebKits accessibility via Cocoa bindings. It includes a bindings-compliant controller class (a subclass of NSTreeController) that enables binding to the DOM tree of a WebView. This lets you use Cocoa bindings to manipulate the document content, styles, and JavaScript values of the page displayed in the WebView.

With the framework, Tixe includes an Interface Builder palette to speed development of WebKit-based applications. You can build your application in Interface Builder and test your design in its simulation mode. Tixes palette automatically loads the framework, so the controller and bindings are fully functional inside of Interface Builder. This lets you quickly development rich features without writing a single line of code.

The download includes several sample NIB files that demonstrate the powerful combination of Tixe, Cocoa bindings, and WebKit. One sample implements a CSS style editor with live feedback. It uses standard Cococa controls that are bound to the web pages style values. For instance, you can grab a slider and watch it change the h1 font size, or use a standard Cocoa color picker to change the body background color. Just open the NIB document in Interface Builder and try running it.

Speed Match II is a tile matching/memory game for Mac OS X. You try to finish the game before it times out. You can set the speed of the timer, even turn it off if you just want to relax.
Play against a timer (which you can change) to make tile matching more interesting. You can save your scores.
The pictures to match are a bit similar so you need to look closely to get high scores
Enhancements:
- Added the ability to pause the game by clicking on the timer at the right side of the game window. Click again to restart.
- Fixed a bug where the timer continued if you started a new game before the previous one had finished.
