SETICNTL is an OS X Cocoa program used to manage two SETI clients on a dual processor MAC.

It can queue up a number of work units for future processing. Includes SOURCE in Objective C for Project Builder

MailDeliveryTool can manipulate the delivery and output of email. It can specify the sender of emails depending on the recipient. This is useful for people who work for a number of organisations with differing domain names or simply for those who mix their personal and work email from the same computer.

In particular a user could schedule a wakeup/poweron a couple of minutes prior to a cron task, no more missed tasks due the machine being asleep.Note: An administrative username/password is required to add or delete a timer event.

Pong is a desktop ping application for weblog and feed authors.

Pings are transmitted using the XML-RPC protocol directly from your desktop to weblog tracking services which speeds the ping process by removing unnecessary servers from the message path.

You no longer need to compete with thousands of other ping senders in a servers queue. Your settings are stored in Pong for easy access and the success of all pings is confirmed immediately. Pong is portable on removable media so that you can ping from wherever you publish.

ed2k Helper is a simple application that handle ed2k:// protocol in URL from your brother. Traditionally, on Mac OS, those URL are simply ignored because there is no real eDonkey client application. But since Mac OS X, we can run many more application, coming from unix world. So Mac OS can run daemons like mldonkey to use e-donkey network.
Those daemons usually offer a web interface to handle downlaods, searches etc... ed2k Helper will use this web interface to add your files to the downlaod queue.
Simply put the application into your Applications folder, and it should work.
If you want to change default server address or protocol, just launch it.
ATTENTION !! : With Safari, you can not handle urls like e-donkey ones directly. So you will have to drag your link from the page to the url bar, thats all.

Genius Bar Widget mnitors the Genius Bar queue at your friendly local Apple Store.

Global Consciousness Widget pulls from the stream of consciousness in realtime from the Global Consciousness web site. Instead of having pre-determined text, this displays the live text feed from our web site. You can even add your own messages and have them broadcast around the world. Every minute when new messages are pulled, the widget will zoom to the message origin.

To post messages just flip the widget over and log in. Registration with the web site is required for your messages to contain your geolocation. When you enter your message it will be queued. The web site then pulls message(s) from the queue for display each minute. When the queue is empty it will randomly pull a message from the database of currently 16,600 messages. Frogblast is a clone of the Hotline 1.2.3 client software. Frogblast is the result of many, many months of work and is written exclusively for Mac OS X using Apples Cocoa APIs.
It supports the entire 1.2.3 feature set, including administrator functions (user booting/banning), account creation, editing, and now threaded news.
Frogblast offers a far better user experience than any of the other available Hotline clients.
