FSCalendar is an application designed to be quick opening and easy to use. Its only function is to display dates in a wall calendar style. This application is great if you need to look up a day in the future to find the day of the week it is on. Drop it into the dock for easy access.

FSCalendar is in a sheet which drops down from behind the menubar. There are a few different ways to quickly move from month to month or year to year. Use the navigation buttons, the little arrows, or type into the field and press return. For easy return to the current month, simply click the Current button.

The ILCrashReporter framework enables developers to easily integrate crash reporting facilities into existing or new applications.
The ILCrashReporter works much like the Crash Reporter built into the operating system. However, for some reason Apple does not provide a way for developers to get access to the reports for their own applications. This problem should be solved by using the ILCrashReporter which will mail the crash reports directly to the developer.

Tile Switcher is a small and simple application switcher. Apple now includes an application switcher in Mac OS 8.6, but Tile Switcher has the advantage of being an application, having a smaller tile area, and having contextual menus.
You can drag files from the Finder onto an application tile to open the file with that application. Best of all, its free.

Mauve is a system for efficiently constructing multiple genome alignments in the presence of large-scale evolutionary events such as rearrangement and inversion.
Multiple genome alignment provides a basis for research into comparative genomics and the study of evolutionary dynamics on a new scale. Aligning whole genomes is a fundamentally different problem than aligning short sequences.
Mauve has been developed with the idea that a multiple genome aligner should require only modest computational resources. It employs algorithmic techniques that scale well in the amount of sequence being aligned.
For example, a pair of Y. pestis genomes can be aligned in under a minute, while a group of 9 divergent Enterobacterial genomes can be aligned in a few hours.

Timed Queue is a timer class for REALbasic for handling a data queue in a timed fasion.

Appending items to the queue starts it and it one by one pulls an item off the bottom of the queue every so many seconds.
