NoTTL intercepts and prevents an applications attempt to adjust the packets Time To Live or TTL. The TTL of a packet on the internet is how long a packet can live before it must reach its destination or simply be discarded.
The default TTL for packets on most operating systems is 60 (I think) and each time a packet passes though a router on the internet the TTL is subtracted by 1. Once a TTL reaches zero the packet is discarded. This is so that the internet doesnt get filled with lost packets that never get anywhere.

You can choose the level of detail you want captured, from just the minimal packet headers (showing source and destination hosts and ports) up to a full hex and ASCII dump of the packet contents.

SetFile is a small AppleScript for capturing and saving Macintosh "creator" and "type" information from an existing prototype file and to subsequently set "creator" and "type" fields on files to match the prototype file.
Drag a file to the icon. SetFile will display the creator and type for the file. If you would like to apply this creator and type to other files, select "Save". If you would like to apply the saved creator and type to this file, select "Overwrite". If neither of these choices is appropriate, select "Skip".
SetFile works on individual files, on selections of files, on folders full of files, and on sub-folders.
