Free packaged software for mac

The Unofficial Gameboy Dev-Kit Advance is a project by Jason Wilkins (fenix at io dot com) to develop an SDK for the Gameboy Advance. I has simply been compiled and packaged for distribution on Mac OS X.

Package installer for htdig 3.2.0b6. Htdig is a search engine spider/indexer/crawler. Its been around for years and is still one of the best open source search systems available.

This package will install htdig onto your Mac OS X system with a default database that you can use immediately. To index your own pages, youll need to modify the configuration file. See the included ReadMe.rtf and Htdigs web site for more documentation.

htmldoc is a shell-based application that provides conversion of HTML in PDF, PostScript or indexed HTML files. This even works with remote files via HTTP.

htmldoc was written by Easy Software Products and is Open Source Software. This implies I only compiled it and built this installer package, but Im not the author of this software.

The download archive contains htmldoc, compiled from the unmodifed sources, built as an installer package using Apples “Package Maker” software.

libiconv is a Unix library used for charset conversion. Most people wont ever have the need to use it directly, but a number of useful applications (including ht://Dig and wvWare) require libiconv.

libiconv is Open Source Software released by the GNU project; in other words: I did not write this software, but only compiled it and built this installer package.

My package was created using Apples “PackageMaker” and contains nothing but libiconv, compiled from the unmodified sources. If you are a Fink user, you should consider downloading Finks libiconv distribution instead.

Sitecopy is a shell application thats very useful when programming for the web (at least in those cases when you cant use rsync). Its purpose is to synchronize local and remote files, i.e.: upload those that are outdated on the server, remove old ones and so on. The application is Open Source Software and was not written by me—I only compiled it and built the OSX installer package.

This installer package will install nothing but a sitecopy binary, compiled from the original, unmodifed sources, and some support files. (Before the installation starts, you will be presented a list of all files that will be installed.)

Sparky is a graphical NMR assignment and integration program for proteins, nucleic acids, and other polymers.
Sparky displays processed NMR spectra. You pick, assign, and integrate peaks using a graphical interface. You can work with any number of 2, 3 or 4 dimensional spectra simultaneously.
The program has been developped to assist in structure determination of proteins, DNA and RNA. Spectra for input to Sparky can be produced with processing programs NMRPipe, Felix, VNMR, XWinNMR or UXNMR.
Output consists of text peak lists showing assignments, chemical shifts, volumes, linewidths, .... Output suitable for structure determination with DYANA or XPLOR, or distance restraint calculation with MARDIGRAS can be generated.
Enhancements:
- Packaged Mac version as a Mac application with an icon that can be placed on desktop or in dock.
- Still requires X windows.

Amnesia is a dockapp that displays CPU utilization and free memory.
The memory monitor now includes inactive memory in its calculation of free memory (v1.02).
It has an aqua-glass theme that is easy on the eyes.
