SingleFramer is a frame-capture application developed in MAX/MSP/JITTER for students at the Cooper Union art school in NYC, USA.

It allows you to capture individual frames from a DV camera, either manually or automatically (time-lapse). You can use "onion-skinning" to see an overlay of your previous frame as you compose your shot. You can load an existing movie so you can match your setup from a previous day. (Useful if you need to break down borrowed equipment between shoots).

FreeRangeJack is an AppleScript Studio application that places an animated Jack OLantern on the desktop.

FreeRangeJack is an animated pumpkin face that sits on top of your desktop.

The animation style can be adjusted to show a candle, a background glow, or both. The ambient lighting can be controlled for the appearance of a dimly or brightly lit room, and the transparency and size of the pumpkin can be set.

An assortment of pumpkin carvings are included, and custom faces can be added for just the right mood.

JDiveLog is a logbook for scuba diving. It manages all important dive data, as well as the pictures taken during the dive.
Features include the ability to import UDCF data or data from Suunto computers, profile generation, and a Web page generator.

BoingX is a Apple demo (originally written by Ken Dyke) which I modified to use display lists (now drawing some 500K polygons) with per vertex lighting and a basic sin wave distortion (using ARB_vertex_program) thrown in for fun.

It makes for a pretty good vertex performance demo :)

The FlightGear simulator for Mac OS X. By installing a package you can fly around the world in the comfort of your own home.

Main features:
- Over 20,000 real world airports included in the full scenery set.
- Correct runway markings and placement, correct runway and approach lighting.
- Taxiways available for many larger airports (even including the green center line lights when appropriate.)
- Sloping runways (runways change elevation like they usually do in real life.)
- Directional airport lighting that smoothly changes intensity as your relative view direction changes.
- World scenery fits on 3 DVDs. (Im not sure thats a feature or a problem!) But it means we have pretty detailed coverage of the entire world.
- Accurate terrain worldwide, based on the most recently released SRTM terrain data.) 3 arc second resolution (about 90m post spacing) for North and South America, Europe, Asia, Africa, and Australia.
- Scenery includes all vmap0 lakes, rivers, roads, railroads, cities, towns, land cover, etc.
- Nice scenery night lighting with ground lighting concentrated in urban areas (based on real maps) and headlights visible on major highways. This allows for realistic night VFR flying with the ability to spot towns and cities and follow roads.
- Scenery tiles are paged (loaded/unloaded) in a separate thread to minimize the frame rate hit when you need to load new areas.
Enhancements:
- New plane models, 3D clouds, volumetric shadows, seasonal terrain textures, air carrier operations, more weather effects, redout/blackout on high G loads, heat haze, and more AI capabilities were added.
- A major rework of the multiplayer code was done, with a WWW-based multiplayer server status page (based on the Google Map).
- The GUI was also reworked, and is more friendly to new users now; the ATC dialogs no longer impede flying.
- A lot of bugs were fixed.

Indigo/Salling Clicker Scripts let you change and view the on, off, and brightness state of X10 devices, as well as execute command sequences (Action Groups) from your Bluetooth enabled mobile phone or PDA.
For example, you could define an Action Group, movie lighting, that automatically sets different lighting levels for several different X10 lighting modules. Or you could create an Action Group, leaving home, that turns off all the lights in your house and has Indigo report any motion detector triggers to your mobile phone via email.
Enhancements:
- Updated all scripts to Clicker 2.0 compressed format
- Improved proximity scripts by using the new Proximity Handler function
- Added Update Indigo Variables Script that uses the new Phone Event Handler to set Indigo variable states based on caller ID and phone status.
