New Message with VCF Attached is an AppleScript that attaches a chosen VCF (contact) file to a newly created message.

Change Message Subject is an AppleScript for Microsoft Entourage that will change the subject of the selected message(s) after prompting the user to enter the new subject(s).
It also adds a note at the top of each message indicating that the subject has been changed.
Enhancements:

File Message is a small Applescript which scrolls a user-defined message through the name of a file.
This provides an animated method of information presentation using nothing more than the Finder.
