Vanilla FTP is a simple FTP client written in AppleScript that takes advantage of Mac OS Xs cURL implementation. You can upload, download, and delete files, all in an intuitive, bare-bones interface.

This is an alpha version, so use Vanilla FTP at your own risk. It is also completely open, enabling developers to modify it however they see fit, but I take no responsibility for any damage, whether intentional or accidental, that anyone does with this application.

Naja is a download manager (accelerated downloading), and a website grabber. You can add some plugins (newsreader, newsgroup grabber, FTP - FTPS - SFTP client, WebDAV client) and take control of your downloads from your office.

You may automatically resume broken downloads if your connection is interrupted for any reason and you may always resume downloading from the point were you stopped. The downloading maybe achieved by splitting the file being downloaded into several parts and downloading these parts at the same time (HTTP, HTTPS & FTP). Journeyman FTP is a File Transfer Protocol client, allowing you to copy files between a network server and your computer. Instead of being bogged down with rarely used features, it will support basic file transfer utilities.
Journeyman FTP simplifies the process of uploading and downloading your files to and from a server.
Instead of ambiguous commands like Put and Get, Journeyman uses easier to understand command such as Upload and Download.
So why use Journeyman FTP? There are many other FTP clients out there, such as Fetch and WS_FTP, but these programs carry a price that many people may not be so eager to pay. When the final version Journeyman FTP is released, it will be classified as freeware.

Connection Check and App Loader is a useful and simple script that determines if there is an Internet connection. If one is found, then a preselected set of programs will be launched, but if you are offline, a popup will let you know of your offline status.
