Force Delete is a small utility to rest in your dock or toolbar that will delete the currently selected file no matter what, if you have administrator privileges. It is also a great addition to FruitMenus contextualmenus.
Beacause you obviously cant just lanch it, please read the readme for instructions, precautions, and known issues with this program.
Force Delete a single file or folder: Select a file or folder on your computer and click the icon in your dock or Finder toolbar. A dialog should pop up asking you if youre sure you want to delete the file or folder and giving you the Unix path. Read this message and make sure that it is the file or folder you wish to delete, especially in the column view where file/folder selections are sketchy. If you decide to go through with it a dialog will pop up asking you to enter you administrator password. Type it in and press OK. The file/folder will be deleted. It may take the Finder a moment to realize that it is gone but you didnt receive an error, it is.

Ejection Seat allows you to eject a troublesome disk, especially one that the Finder claims is "in use." It will tell you what application is using the disk, and can then force quit and/or force eject the disk.

After running this application, the Finder may no longer recognize other disks inserted into the same drive. Force quitting the Finder, logging out and back in, or rebooting the computer should fix this. This application is just meant for quickly removing a disk when you dont want to reboot.

Dock-a-bye is an applescript to kill (quit) the dock without it respawning. Features:;Force quits the dock and stops it from restarting.

It can be used on multiple user systems since it does not modify Dock.app.It can be used as a startup item so you never have to see the Dock again (if you turn dock hiding on in the System Preferences).
