SoundHack is a soundfile processing program for the Macintosh. It performs many utility and esoteric sound processing functions available nowhere else.

These functions make SoundHack invaluable to computer musicians, sound effects designers, multimedia artists, webmasters and anyone else who enjoys working with sound.

EvoJava is an program for interactively exploring intriguing concepts in computer science. From cellular automata and rule-based systems to fractals and genetic algorithms, EvoJava is an education tool for anyone interested in the "edges" of science. Or, if nothing else, it makes lots of pretty pictures!

I have developed and tested EvoJava using Gentoo Linux on Opteron and Pentium systems; Ive also tested with Microsoft Internet Explorer and Firefox for Windows XP SP2 (where I have Suns Java installed.)

This is a preliminary beta version of EvoJava. It contains only four "universe" types, and lacks significant documentation. Im releasing this code "as is", hoping users will help me improve the final program. Keep an eye on these pages for updates. I make no promises about schedules or about what the final program will include; all I can say is that EvoJava is moving along nicely. The final release will include full, documented source code, released under the GPL.

3d Paddle Bash! is a 3D version of pong, for Macintosh. I originally released it in 1993 (around the time Mac OS 7 came out) as a modestly-priced shareware game. It got pretty good exposure for a few years, and thanks to the publisher SofSource it was even available for a short while in CompUSA and other stores.
In 2000 I released version 1.4 (downloadable below) removing the shareware notices and making it free for anyone to own and play. While the computers it was written for are obsolete many times over, the game still works!
My thanks to everyone who played both this and 3D Brick Bash! over the years, especially the people who registered!

List Keyboard SC scans the Entourage Script Menu Items folder with its subfolders and builds a list of all scripts with Keyboard shortcuts defined; decodes the shortcuts and builds a sorted list in a new draft message window.

This script does a very useful thing for anyone using a lot of scripts: It generates a sorted list of all the keyboard shortcuts that you have assigned to scripts in your Entourage script menu (including subfolders to one level).

Simply place it into your Entourage Script Menu Items folder and run to generate the listing.

DatedFolder.script will create a folder in a user-defined location and set the name of the folder to the days current date.
It is useful for anyone who needs to save each days work in a distinct & separate directory.
This package contains both a run-only applet and a compiled script.
Enhancements:

London Bus Checker is a simple and easy to use program superb for anyone who comutes on a london bus even ocasionally.

It checks the TFLs website for realtime bus information on a specified route.
