Email Archiver is an AppleScript Studio application which sets up archive rules for keeping the size of mailboxes to a reasonable limit. It allows you to specify which mailboxes you want to archive, how old messages must be to archive, and how often to roll over archive mailboxes. It currently works with Mailsmith, a version for Eudora and Apple Mail is underway.

EntourageMail takes Entourage e-mail messages from a given folder and exports them into a vCard file called Email-folder.vcf.

Since the application will only delete files for the folder currently being exported, you can easily export multiple folders to your iPod and update individual folders as required.

OE Encrypt/Decrypt is similar to another script that’s already been uploaded, except that it also encodes & decodes the result in hex, it happens to work on my computer (the other one didn’t), and it uses Dialog Director.

OE Encrypt/Decrypt encrypts & decrypts email messages using Akua Sweets.

I don’t know what encryption algorithm Akua Sweets uses, but if it were something well-known, I’m sure we’d all know about it. So, don’t trust this encryption for bank account info, etc.

Bulk reply is a free script allows you to send a bulk reply to email messages received in Entourage.

Simply highlight any number of incoming messages, run the script, and it will create a single new email message addressed to senders of the selected messages.

Before creating the message, it will ask if you want to add the recipients to the "To", "CC" or "BCC" fields of the message.

File Dropper provides drag and drop ease of use when attaching files to email messages and it can also resize iPhoto images if desired.

You can drag one or a multitude of files at once onto the file Dropper Eudora icon, drag direct from iPhoto - resize your images and set your personality, to:,cc:,bcc:,message and subject all with complete ease which wil save you time and money.

Separate Group Messages will send a separate e-mail to each member of a Group, so that each recipient sees only his or her own name and address as a To: recipient, and is unaware that s/he is part of a group mailing.

You may include attachments, and add extra recipients if you wish, who will also receive mail addressed only to themselves.

Fuhgeddaboutit is a compilation and reengineering of several scripts I have found on the internet and through Application supplied scripts to get an iCal To Do created from one or more messages in Mail.app.

For full functionality, the script should be placed in your /Library/Scripts/Mail Scripts/Scripts Menu/ directory. Please quit and restart Mail.app after script is copied into Scripts Menu directory.
Basic Rundown of the script: An email is selected in Mail.app, the key command for Fuhgeddaboutit___ctl-2.scpt (Control+2) activates the script and opens iCal if not already open. The user is then presented with one of the available (writable) calendars to write the To Do to, or one can create a new Calendar for their action items. The due date is then set as a number of hours from the received time of the email. The user will then input some summary text, which follows the email subject. The To Do priority is then set. Then the To Do gets added and the senders email address appears in the url field for reference.
Removal of the "___ctl-2" from Fuhgeddaboutit___ctl-2.scpt will disable the Key Command. Likewise, renaming the ___ctl-2 to a different key command will change its activating key command -- Key Command only works while Mail.app is the active application.

Archive Selected Email is an Entourage AppleScript which will enable you to transfer email messages out of Entourage and onto your hard drive.

Its intended to be used with Find By Content Indexing turned on.
