MacSolitaire (OS X) 1.6 is a kind of game using in Macintosh which allows you to access the source code. Basic restrictions applies to usage and distribution of the source code.

The Nanosaur source code is provided free to the public for educational and informational purposes only.

Its available so that other game developers and game-developer wannabes can see how the game can perform various tricks and techniques.

MacTidy - a standalone application that uses a graphical user interface (GUI). This allows quick porting of the "Tidy" source with minimal changes at the expense of slightly less flexibility.
Tidy for Mac OS checks and corrects HTML and XML to make it compliant with the Worldwide Web Consortium (W3C) HTML standards.
Enhancements:

Commentate is a service that allows rapid commenting and uncommenting of large blocks of source code.

Though Commentate will work in any application where text can be edited, it is most useful when editing source code, so it was intended to be used primarily in ProjectBuilder.

SyntaxColorField is a REALbasic plugin that provides an edit field for use in code editors that colourises keywords which you can specify.

The Assistant Kit is a kit to create a Set-up/Installation Assistant using the same User Interface than the one of the Apple Installer or Display Calibrator utility. Its made of a collection of Cocoa sources and resources that are available under a BSD License.
At the moment of this writing, the documentation for this Kit is not complete yet. Nevertheless, theres a sample project included with the source code which will show you how to tuse this kit and you can have a look at the source code for the CVS Set-up Assistant which is available under a BSD License too.

REALbasic Code Counter counts the number of lines of code and comments in the source file exported from a REALbasic project.

To use REALbasic Code Counter, open the REALbasic project whos number of lines you wish to count, select "Export Source" from the File menu, and drag and drop the resulting file onto REALbasic Code Counter.
