DynDNS Client is a Macintosh client for several of the free dynamic dns service providers. These services allow your Mac to have a dns name like mycoolmac.dyndns.org that always points to your Macintosh even if you have a connection that does not get a static IP address. You must have an account with one of the supported services before this client can do anything useful for you.
The client has a setup assistant that will walk you through configuring your client to work with your chosen service.
Each service supports a slightly different feature set, so make sure you register with one that has what you need. Or register with all of them! This client will support an unlimited number of accounts.
This software comes in 2 parts. A faceless background application that your Mac will treat as an extension, and a control panel that serves as its interface. This is an improvement over previous versions of the program where you had to have the status window open all the time. This way the program will only open the interface if it needs to alert you to a problem.
Enhancements:
- A schedule that you can set the times when you want your account to be updated in 15 minute intervals during the week.

CommuniGate Client allows users to access theCommuniGate Server and components. TheCommuniGate series of server componentsincludes voice messaging, paging, email,faxing, and many others.

Each component canbe added separately, and with this client youwill have access to any component installed onthe server you are accessing.

The AFP Client Update improves the reliability of data accessed from an AFP server when using AppleWorks. This update also prevents files from being corrupted on logout if the file is open in AppleWorks.

SMTP Client Deux is a 4th Dimension component which provides a complete implementation of the SMTP protocol. SMTP Client Deux works on top of the commercial TCP Deux 4D component, also available from Deep Sky Technologies, Inc.
With the SMTP Client Deux component, a 4th Dimension developer has complete implementation of the SMTP protocol from within 4D. The protocol relies on the TCP Deux component for all TCP communication needs, thereby removing any reliance on current or future TCP plugins which are available for use in 4D. The implementation of SMTP within the SMTP Client Deux component also eliminates long bugs and anomalies that have existed in plugin implementations of the SMTP protocol.
The single greatest feature of SMTP Client Deux is that it does not use the SMTP layer within 4D Internet Commands. Over the years, many developers have encountered different bugs and anomalies within the SMTP implementation of 4D Internet Commands.
SMTP Client Deux uses the routines within the TCP Deux component package for all TCP communications, which themselves only use the TCP layer within 4D Internet Commands when that plugin is in use.
So, most if not all errors which 4D developers experience when sending email with 4D Internet Commands are removed when using SMTP Client Deux.

Big Brother is a highly-redundant web-based monitoring and notification program. This AppleScript monitors processes, CPU uptime, Mac Syslogd logs, and disk space on a Macintosh and sends this information to a Big Brother display server.

This download includes some of the required scripting additions and extensive documentation.

The Client Folder script enables the user to simply copy a persons disk (e.g. Zip Disk, etc..) into a new folder on your HD that you can locate.
