Basic Pre-Flight is a small AppleScript for QuarkXPress which does 2 things for you:

1) Automatically changes double spaces and triple spaces in all text boxes on every page of any Quark XPress document to single spaces.

2) Automatically changes every occurence of " 0 " to " zero "; " 1 " to " one "; " 2 " to " two" etc.

When running OS X, the shortcut Command-Option-D will toggle the Docks Hiding status. Unfortunately for people running QuarkXPress in the Classic environment, this means that the Step and Repeat... shortcut no longer works!

The problem can be solved by running QXP Shortcut Changer which will allow you to re-assign the key which is used by XPress for the Step and Repeat... menu item.
