Xelix is an account manager/check book manager that will help you organize and keep track of your personal transactions and your balances of your accounts, it allows you to reconcile the account and insert any number of accounts and any given number or transaction types with custom fields for you to add information and keep track of your bank transactions your way.

Enable | Disable Mail Accounts is an AppleScript-based solution that allows users to quickly enable or disable multiple accounts in Mac OS Xs Mail application.

This script can be triggered from Address Books AppleScript menu.

New Msg non-default Account is a simple AppleScript for Outlook Express that makes a new message from an account other than your default account.

MTP Location X sets the SMTP server for any or all of your mail accounts for each location in both Entourage X and in Entourage 2001 in OS X.
Even if you have advanced SMTP settings, such as SMTP authentication or SSL, the script will take care of everything automatically.
With SMTP Location X you can also choose which mail accounts to receive mail at each location.
Enhancements:
- Ignores Exchange accounts in Entourage 2004, since neither SMTP servers nor Send & Receive All schedule can be set for Exchange accounts (which work automatically).
- With v2.2, an error message would appear on every script run if you have an Exchange account (even when set to be skipped by the PREFS script).

RLPassword, by David Kibrick is a program designed to create random passwords for internet accounts and applications.

However, unlike standard random generation password programs, RLPassword attempts to create real language passwords, or passwords that can be easily spoken and pronounced.

These passwords do not represent actual words, and so are invulnerable to a dictionary-attack, but because they seem like a word, they are much easier to remember than a string of random characters.

Other Account (Entourage), when attached to a repeating schedule, will automatically change the account of a new outgoing message to a non-default account for specified recipients (such as mailing lists, or anything else) before its sent.

Completly freeware.

With Auto-Reply Account (Entourage) you can set up a Mail Rule and a Schedule to answer specific mail by Auto-Reply, using a different e-mail account from the one to which the mail is received.

The script is particularly useful if you have a number of “dummy” receiving accounts and want your auto-replies to go out from SMTP-only accounts with the same name, instead of from your all-purpose main POP account to which the dummy-addressed messages get redirected.

You can also use this script to send auto-replies from your default account in order to avail yourself of the superior text-quoting and storage options offered.
