Bio::Network::IO::dip_tab is a Perl class for parsing interaction data in DIP tab-delimited format.

SYNOPSIS

Do not use this module directly, use Bio::Network::IO. For example:

my $io = Bio::Network::IO->new(-format => dip_tab,

The Database of Interacting Proteins (DIP) is a protein interaction database (see http://dip.doe-mbi.ucla.edu/dip/Main.cgi). The species-specific subsets of the DIP database are provided in a simple, tab-delimited format. The tab-separated columns are:

The source or namespace of the optional id in columns 3 and 8 varies from species to species, and optional ids are frequently absent.

X-pired is an action-puzzle game written in C using SDL, SDL_mixer, SDL_image and SDL_gfx libraries distributed under the terms of GNU GPL.

The libsmbios project aims towards providing access to as much BIOS information as possible. libsmbios project does this by providing a library of functions that can be used as well as sample binaries.

To start out with, the focus is on the SMBIOS tables. In the future, we will provide $PIR, MPTABLE, RCI, RBU, and other tables as well.

Currently, full access to the SMBIOS table and its items is implemented.

Additionally, access and manipulation of Dell Indexed IO Token (type 0xD4) is implemented. This token is a vendor-extention SMBIOS structure which allows uniform access to manipulate the system CMOS to enable, disable, or otherwise manipulate normal BIOS functions or features.

SMBIOS is a standards-based approach for hardware vendors to present and structure management data for consumption by OS and Management Applications.
