FSPictureCompare is a module for picture comarison written in REALbasic code. Simply pass two pictures to it, and if theyre the same it returns true.

Completly freeware for non-commercial use.

Instructions:

• Open Dashboard by pressing F12 (or any other shortcut key)
• Drag and drop into Picture Frame.

Picture Namer is used to name a folder full of pictures. It is ideal for naming a folder of pictures freshly downloaded from a digital camera.
Picture Namer gives you the option to preserve the picture order, add a group name to every picture and automatically number pictures with the same name.
Enhancements:
- Updated to be a Universal binary (PowerPC and Intel native).

Picture manipulation 1.0 is an advanced program which satisfies you with three apple script droplets, rotate, scale and set image size. Each script displays a dialog once each time it is run asking for parameters, and then applies those parameters to all the files dropped onto the Apple Script. The set image size droplet queries the first file amongst the group of files that is dropped on it to get the current values, giving the user a reference point to work from.

The Upload picture script uses Fetch to upload a jpeg file to a web server periodically. Designed to work with a serial camera that would periodically save photos to a specific location.

The first time it is run, it prompts you for the name of the file and the URL to upload the picture to.

Picture Switcher is a background application that will place a menu on the right side of your menu bar.
This menu will allow you to switch the Desktop picture, and change the various options of how its displayed.
It has most of the options of the Desktop preference Pane, and does not need the Finder to be running to work.
Enhancements:
- Fixed an issue where Picture Switcher could cause a system freeze when trying to view a folder in the Picture Viewer that has more than 1500 pictures in it.
- Fixed a bug that prevented the Preview Mode from displaying on systems with a single monitor.
- Fixed a bug with the Preview Mode: holding the Shift key down will toggle the mode, but if you had selected to put it in Preview Mode manually, the Shift key wouldnt function correctly (it stayed in Preview mode rather than toggling it).
- Added in a dialog that will ask if you want to add Picture Switcher to the login items. This dialog will only be displayed the first time you run Picture Switcher.
