This action was originally inspired by Target2Frames, but it is now completely original. As far as I know, it will work for Golive 4 to 6, but I make no guarantees.
What this script does, is when the page loads will first check to make sure that this frame isnt the parent frame (forcing to load into its frameset if it does) then directs another frame remotely to re-load or load a new page. How is this usefull? It is better than the Target2Frames action in that you no longer need to remember which two frames to control with a respective link. It basically is great for 3 frame web sites (navigation/subnavigation/content) where it creates a parent/child relationship with lets say your content/subnavigation frames. I know, its kind of hard to explain it, but youll just have to try it and make up your mind or wait months later when you need this feature :-)
Installation & Instructions:
Just drop this .action file into your link folder in your action folder of your GoLive application folder. To use it, just create a head action, select onLoad, and fill in the parent Frame, Frame name to control and URL to load into that frame name.... Thats it.

- New Force Frame check (way better smaller code and more efficient than the one that comes with GoLive)
- Now has conditional statements, checks for correct locations and DOM (document object model). If you dont know what that does, dont worry its a good thing and makes your webpage more efficient.

A red circle appears on the icon if there is unread mail in one of the specified mailboxes.
When there is unread mail, the total number is shown at the side of the icon. It also shows the number of unread emails in each mailbox in a drop-down menu when you click on the icon.
It can start, quit hide or show Mail from the menu bar.
When you clicks on a listed mailbox name, the email of that mailbox is shown.
Even if a parent mailbox is checked, it doesnt select a child mailbox.
That is because a parent mailbox is not the group of the child mailbox but a mailbox itself.

- RMF lets you easily edit supposedly read-only SimpleText files (the ones with the newspaper icon). This is very useful for making your own Read Me files. Just open them with RMF, edit them, and save - theyll still be read-only when viewed in SimpleText.
- RMF has its own files. It will still happily open your SimpleText files, or any other text files. Files created with RMF can be double-clicked from the Finder to open them in RMF.
- RMF will not alter the creator code of your text files. You can still edit your BBEdit, SimpleText etc files with it, and those files will still have their parent apps icon etc. However, you can easily switch between RMF and SimpleText for the creator of any file.
- RMF supports drag and drop. Drag files onto the app icon to open them (if theyre text files or read-only text files). Drag selected text out of a text window to make a clipping, or to move it into another app. Drag text clippings into a text window to insert their text at the point where you drop them.
- RMF supports command-clicking URLs to launch them, if you have Internet Config installed.
- RMF supports basic formatting. All your installed fonts are available, as are a range of text sizes. You can also use bold, italic and/or underline.
- Basic find feature. Find text in the current text window. Choose to search from the top or from the current selection/insertion point.
- Basic replace feature. Replace either the next occurrence of given text, or replace all occurrences in the frontmost window.
