Lunar Calendar is a small and simple program, built in Java, which means you can run it on any platform - Windows, Mac, Linux, UNIX... As soon as your computer has Java Runtime Environment instaled.

Lunar Calendar displays a verbose description of the current lunar situation for any day you choose (from the years 2006 - 2008).

To run the program, just double-click its file as if it was an .exe - this should work on most computers.

Republican Calendar is a widget that shows the Republican Calendar date (following the 4/128 rule for the leap years) and the decimal time. It is free software offered under the GPL.
The images appearing on the widget were taken from the Republican Calendar of 1794 drawn by Louis-Philibert Debucourt, and they are on the public domain.
Using the 4/128 rule might not be the best choice from a historic point of view. But as it was explained before, since there are no clear rules, and this one is the most scientifically accurate and universal for our times, not depending on the equinox in Paris, nor in Gregorian rules, I think the 4/128 rule is a good choice.

Maya Calendar is a small widget that will show you the Long Count and the Calendar Round (Tzolkin and Haab) in both authentic and modern notation. As a bonus it counts down to the end of the 13th Baktun (December 21, 2012).

The classic Maya produced extremely accurate astronomical observations. In common with the other Mesoamerican civilizations, the Maya utilized a highly accurate measure of the length of the solar year, far more accurate than that used in Europe.

The Long Count calendar identifies a date by counting the number of days from August 11, 3114 BCE. Long Count days are written in a modified base-20 scheme. Thus day 0.0.0.1.5 refers to day 25 after the starting date.

However, since the second digit (from the right) only counts to 18 before resetting to zero, 0.0.1.0.0 does not represent 400 days, but rather only 360 days.

The Tzolkin is a calendar with a period of 260 days. It is of great antiquity. The Tzolkin combined with the Haab, a 365-day calendar, to form a synchronised cycle lasting for 52 Haabs, called the Calendar Round.

Quick Calendar is a simple program for browsing the months of the year, letting you easily flick between them. Can also show and find days of the year by their day number (1-365/366).
Completly freeware for non-commercial use.
