Hide-Out! 2.1
Hide-Out! - Hide and password protect Finder folders more>>
Hide-Out! is a very simple application which allows you to take advantage of Mac OS Xs ability to hide a folder by putting a full point in front of its name.
Hide-Out! will allow you to do this easily without having to use the terminal application and it now sets the invisible bit on the folder too, keeping it hidden in Mac OS 9.
So if you have some stuff that youd like to keep away from prying eyes, you can now keep it in your Hide-Out!
Enhancements:

Time Out! 1.5.4
Dejal Time Out! will gently remind you to take a break on a regular basis more>> Dejal Time Out! will gently remind you to take a break on a regular basis
Time Out! - Break reminder tool with micro-breaks!
Dejal Time Out! will gently remind you to take a break on a regular basis. It is very easy to fall into bad habits when using a computer for hours on end.
You care about what you are doing, so can sometimes push yourself too far, or over-strain yourself. The human body isnt built to sit in one position for endless hours, gripping a mouse or typing on the keyboard. Dejal Time Out! is here to help.
Time Out! has two kinds of breaks: a Normal break, typically for 10 minutes after 50 minutes of work, so you can move about and relax, plus a Micro break: a very brief pause of typically 10 seconds every 10 minutes, so you can remember not to tense up too much for long periods.
Enhancements
- Replaced the use of an undocumented routine to check the idle time with an approved one, to fix compatibility with Snow Leopard.
- Updated the bundled Adium scripts to support the current versions of the Adium instant messaging client, thanks to Nic Munroe. Note: if you used a previous version of Time Out, the scripts wont be replaced, in case youve customized them. You can download the updated scripts from the Time Out Extras site.
- Fixed an issue with the Preferences window, where edits might not be saved when quitting with the window still open (specifically when an edit is still active).
- Removed the old crash reporter, since it doesnt support Leopard crash logs.
- Now requires a minimum of Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger).

Time Out 1.5.4 is a product helping you to give up the bad habits when using a computer for hours on end. The human body isn't built to sit in one position for endless hours, gripping a mouse or typing on the keyboard. Dejal Time Out is here to help. It will gently remind you to take a break on a regular basis.

You can configure how long each kind of break lasts, and how long between breaks, or disable each kind. Each Time Out is announced via the screen slowly dimming, with related graphics materializing, and when the break is complete, it fades out again. You can change the time these transitions take... and you can even change the color and the level of transparency during the break. So if you like, you can make it mostly transparent so you can continue reading while on your break... though it's better for you if you give your eyes a rest during the Time Out.
At the start and/or end of the break, you can optionally play a sound, and even run an Automator workflow, AppleScript, or application.
Time Out is released as Freeware. You are welcome to use it at no cost.

Out Of Office - Set & monitor away messages in Entourage more>>
Out Of Office assists in setting and monitoring your away message and status for those connecting to a Microsoft Exchange server.
While not a terribly difficult task to perform, setting an away message via Outlook Web Access (OWA) can be annoying if you change it often. OWAs interface isnt exactly pretty and the speed usually leaves something to be desired. Out Of Office provides a simple MacOS interface, speedy response, and an easy way to manage your away message.
Enhancements:
NEW FEATURES
- The ability to turn on debug-level logging without needing another application compiled and delivered (meant for this to be in 1.1).
- Added a help file which should clear up some of the confusion some users were having with configuring preferences.
BUG FIXES
- If the user selected "Check Status Now" when the preferences window was still open, recent changes would not be saved. "Check Status Now" forces the window to close which saves any changes.
- In some configurations, the users login username is not the same as the "Exchange ID", the internal ID OWA uses to build URLs. Initial startup of the app now polls OWA to find the correct base URL to use for all subsequent requests.
- App now correctly recognizes when to and when not to append /exchange/ to the end of the URL. This still may be a known problem for users whos URLs do not contain an /exchange/ suffix at all.
- Changed text in preferences window to read "Outlook Webmail URL" instead of "Exchange Server URL" as these are usually not the same and was causing some confusion.
- Default time to poll changed from 10 minutes to 2 hours. 10 minutes was a bit aggressive. This only applies to new installs or to users who delete their saves configurations. Existing user settings are not modified.
KNOWN/UNRESOLVED ISSUES
- Out Of Office currently only works with webmail configurations that use HTTP authentication. If your webmail presents a specific webpage for you to enter in credentials (as is the case with most SecureID users), Out Of Office is not able to handle that interaction at this time.
- A big weakness in the app is its inability to show that its "thinking"; whether that be waiting for user input, for OWA to respond, etc. There is no way to insert animated gifs as the menu icon (which would look tacky anyways) so for now, until I come up with a good way to display a tiny progress bar, there is no "in progress" GUI feedback.
- Everything from v1.1.

Dejal Time Out 1.5.5 is really an essential program which will gently remind you to take a break on a regular basis.
Major Features:
- Time Out has two kinds of breaks: a "Normal" break, typically for 10 minutes after 50 minutes of work, so you can move about and relax, plus a "Micro" break: a very brief pause of typically 10 seconds every 10 minutes, so you can remember not to tense up too much for long periods. You can disable either kind of break if desired, and the breaks are automatically paused when you go away from your computer, and can be reset when you come back.
- You can configure how long each kind of break lasts, and how long between breaks.
- While in a break, a progress bar shows how long till it is over, and buttons are available to postpone or skip the break if you can't be interrupted right then. Starting with version 1.5, you can change the number of minutes for the postpone buttons, or even hide them and/or the skip button, if you want to encourage yourself to take the breaks.
- What's more, you can optionally play a sound and even run an Automator workflow, AppleScript, Python script, or application at the start and/or end of each break. So you can have it pause iTunes and play a short soothing piece of music at the start of a break, then a buzzer and resume iTunes when the break is over. Some useful scripts are provided built-in, plus updates and user-submitted ones available on the Time Out Extras page.
- Rebuild Your Vision: While on a break, you can simply close your eyes or change your focus to rest your eyes. But another option is to try an exercise program to actively improve your eyesight. One such set of exercises offered by a third-party company is called Rebuild Your Vision. It includes exercises, guidance, and more to help train your eye muscles. Read more about it if this sounds interesting.
Enhancements: Enhanced Snow Leopard compatibility.
Requirements: Mac OS X 10.4 or later; Universal Binary; Snow Leopard-ready
