The IP is updated regulary. Switch on the Router option if you are behind a Router. You can still see your local IP in the menu.

IP in menubar runs in the background and can be quit using the Activity Monitor (see /Applications/Utilities folder).

For developers: IP in menubar uses a modified plst resource in the Resource file to make it a background application.

The MoveMouse Plug-In for enables you to automate mouse clicks and text typing in or outside of FileMaker Pro.

In FileMaker Pro s ScriptMaker you can add as many events as you like to perform long complicated computer tasks.

You can automate anything from opening applications and selecting menus to entering texts and clicking in dialogs. The MoveMouse Plug-In can also be used to obtain the position of the mouse cursor to determine where the user has clicked.

Today In Discordia is a tool that runs as a faceless application so that the only real GUI it has is a status item in your menu bar.

Anytime you want to see today s discordian date, just access the menu under the golden apple (selecting the menu item copies the date to the clipboard).

On the off chance that you want the discordian date for any day but today, the Calendar menu item will allow you to pick a day to calculate the date for.

By default, Today In Discordia displays the current discordian date along with a random quote when it launches. This behavior can be turned off in the Preferences panel, if you are so inclined.

This small application does nothing, but showing the login time of your Mac in the menu bar.

Useful for example in an internet café where you or your guest need to see the login time.

The application can be quit using the Activity Monitor utility (see /applications/utilities folder).

Find In Files is a Mac shareware application that searches a set of files (or all files) for some text.

Why would you use Find In Files?

Here_s an example: Suppose you have a bunch of HTML documents, and one or more of them has some information you need. You could open every one of the files and search them by hand, or use Find In Files to search for you. Simply enter some key words in the _Search For_ text area, optionally enter a creator and file type (or click the Select File button, and open any file to get the files creator and file type), select the folder where the search begins, and click on Search.

FontCard is a haxie that modifies the Font menu in Carbon and Cocoa applications.

FontCard can add an icon that displays the format of a font next to the font menu item, display the font name in the font face, group fonts into submenus, and add font collections to the font menu.

· For some odd reason, all previous versions of FontCard has WYSIWYG fonts enabled even if it was disabled. This has been fixed.
· Addressed a problem that prevented activation of inactive fonts in third party font sets when explicitly selected from a menu if the font manager is not running. FontCard now attempts to manually activate a font if a font manager does not answer the query.
· Now correctly updates Mac OS X collections of a font is removed from a collection.
· Fixed an issue in the installer that could cause it to install simultaneously while uninstalling when installing for all users.

AliasList delivers what the Finders "as alias list" coercion seems to offer, but in many cases fails to deliver. It patches the holes in alias list where it either results in an unwarrented error, or simply does not work and does not error.

There are several variations of the AliasList handler in the script. Pick one that best suits your scripts needs and include it in your script. A test is included to demonstrate how much faster it works with Programmers Tool.
