Haaa Notepad is a free Yahoo! widget that features a mini notepad for writing quick but important notes.

Tiger comes with the Stickies widget, which is pretty good. However, your dashboard desktop can soon become cluttered if you have several active Stickies - especially since there are so many great widgets out there that just need to be on your desktop.
Enter Notepad Widget:
Notepad widget allows you to have all your notes on one widget, if you so wish.
- You can have multiple Notepad widgets on your dashboard for different categories, for example, Home and Work, as shown above.
- Notepad can be shrunk to save space on the Dashboard desktop ( click on the Category name area ).

NPad is a simple notepad app based on Apples NotePad utility. It sports extra features such as more pages, and importing classic NotePad files.

BorkPad is a faithful replica (within reason) of the classic Mac OS 9 NotePad, originally developed by Light Software.

Dnotes is a simple notepad. Its intended to be an easy to use, convenient, small footprint app. The individual notes are rich text (RTF format) which allows various font styles (e.g., italic, bold, colors, multiple fonts).

- Fixed a minor bug re setting the default font color.
- The Preferences are dynamic now, that is, the background color and transparency are applied immediately to the Dnotes window as the user modifies them in the Preferences Panel and Color Panel.
