Randomly Open iTunes is an AppleScript that only launches files whose type is iTunes ("hook") so if you have a folder of MP3s for other applications, youll have more work to do... adapt this script to do whatever you want. Be my guest. :)

BBE FTP Open facilitates the editing of remote files via FTP in BBEdit, with support for multiple files per account, multiple accounts per host and even multiple hosts! This is accomplished by storing the lists of files and hosts in a special relational database. Multiple files may be opened simultaneously.
The first time you run BBE FTP Open it will create its database files in your
Preferences folder, and open them up in BBEdit for you to enter your account
and file information.

Open Template is an Entourage AppleScript that adds templates functionality to Microsoft Entourage.

Simply put the script into your Entourage Script Menu Items folder in the Microsoft User Data folder in your Documents folder. It will then be accessible from the Script Menu in Entourage.
