CLIX 2.0.0.5 is a simple yet efficient program which gets the power of a command line without ever getting near it. Do all those things your system maintenance utilities try to do - but do them better and do them your own way. No typing - just 'clix'.
You have to perform maintenance routines. You know that. But make a mistake - especially in one of those glittery AppleScript apps - and what happens? You'll have no such fear with CLIX. CLIX is safer - and for the skilled professional safer than even Terminal. From almost every security standpoint.
CLIX: the Command Line Interface for OS X. Access to the full power of your operating system. Your computer runs smoother. You learn more, become better and more skilled at running it. CLIX makes it easier for beginners to get up to speed with their new system. For the professional developer or system administrator it's an indispensable tool - a work of reference used by universities around the globe, NASA, the US military, and scientific institutions everywhere. Version 2.0 is a 'milestone upgrade'.

iAuxINP 1.1.639
iAuxINP functions as a cross-platform C++ input device API library which provides an intuitive and elegant interface to operate with input devices such as: Mouse, Joystick, Gamepad, Keyboard and etc. more>>
iAuxINP 1.1.639 functions as a cross-platform C++ input device API library which provides an intuitive and elegant interface to operate with input devices such as: Mouse, Joystick, Gamepad, Keyboard and etc.. One of iAuxINP input device library's unique features is an interface for the Force-Feedback effects which is unified across all supported software platforms that makes cross-platform development very easy and quick.
Major Features:
- Supports Keyboard, Mouse, Joystick, Gamepad devices (*).
- Supports common Force-Feedback effects (custom, condition, periodic) and features (gain, auto-centering).
- Supports software platforms: Windows XP/Vista+ (32/64 bit), Linux (32/64 bit), MacOSX 10.5.4+ (32/64 bit - x86/ppc).
- Provides low latency in events delivery from hardware to user level.
- Especially suitable for the development of action games like shooters, simulations in which input events and their preciseness are of high importance to the application design.
- Can be used for any other application were precise and in-time input events are necessary, like CAD and similar applications.
- Ideally cooperates with other iAuxSoft libraries in the same root namespace.
- Multi-threaded core with capability to be driven by user application thread only.
- Supports different ways of events delivery: direct polling, waiting for event with delay or infinite. Polling or waiting for event in iAuxINP is provided by special Event Processor threads (workers).
- Offers unique Event Translatorthat can disassemble event-snapshots into a number of real device events that can be easily consumed by user application without necessity to keep previous device state, all is done for user automatically in extremely direct manner with a very low execution overhead.
- Events' data looks very familiar to the game developers who are used to develop applications using DirectInput on Windows platform thus minimal effort isneeded to make use of iAuxINP features and not breaking existing application.
- Provides enumeration for input devices and their capabilities.
- Special call-back interface for 'push' behaviour for events arriving from input hardware by skipping event processors and event queue that guarantees almost direct event delivery from hardware to user level for extreme latency requirements if necessary.
cocoaNEC 2 0.55
cocoaNEC is a full featured and advanced Mac OS X application intended primarily for the design and modeling of antennas. more>> cocoaNEC 2 0.55 is a full featured and advanced Mac OS X application intended primarily for the design and modeling of antennas.
cocoaNEC is a Universal Binary Cocoa based application. It runs natively on both Intel based and PowerPC based Macintosh computers that use Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger) or newer. The application is free.
- You can now quickly check if your copy of cocoaNEC is up to date. Please note that you have to manually check for updates. cocoaNEC will not pester you by itself. When directed to do so with the Check for Updates menu item, it will check the running version of cocoaNEC against a web file.
- NC now includes the following calls.
- arc_
- helix_
- wire_
- patch_
- rectangularPatch_
- triangularPatch_
- quadPatch_
- multiPatch_
- voltageFeedAtSegment
- currentFeedAtSegment
- networkAtSegments
- transmissionLineAtSegments
- seriesLoadsAtSegments
- parallelLoadsAtSegments
- impedanceAtSegments
- conductivityAtSegments
- In prior versions of cocoaNEC, the Spreadsheet and NC methods had used independent mechanisms to generate a NEC-2 card deck. From version 0.55 onwards, a Spreadsheet model no longer generates a card deck. Instead, the Spreadsheet generates an NC program, and the NC program is executed to produce the actual card images. This reduces the amount of code that I need to maintain. If you have an existing Spreadsheet model that had worked under version 0.54 but no longer works under version 0.55, please revert the application back to v0.54, which is still available in the Download page, and please drop me an e-mail.
- Each Spreadsheet row now includes a "transform" column. When the transform cell is empty, the row behaves as before. However, when a transform variable is included, it is associated with a NEC-2 "GM" card. This allows a geometry element to be rotated or translated. Just as with ordinary variables and network and transmission line elements, the transform variables are defined in its own drop down sheet. Each geometry element can now be defined as before without a transform, or it can include a transform which it can share with other geometry elements.
- The spreadsheet interface now has a Show Cards button. This can be used to inspect the card deck or NC program from a failed run.
- More examples have been added to the examples folder. New files include simple spreadsheet models for an arc and a helix, and an NC model of a Log Periodic Dipole Array by Doug, K4DSP that is defined with recursive function calls.

Periodic table of the elements software. In addition to the usual information found in such programs, it also contains a wealth of nuclear information on each isotope, including half life, decay mode, and daughter products. X-ray data (fluorescence and binding energies) is included, as well as photon interaction values. Electron shell and particle energies are also listed, along with visible spectra, and a table of wavelengths and amplitudes. Theres a handy chart of the nuclides, showing all of the isotopes included in the Atomic Mac periodic table, about 1600 of them! Clicking on one takes you to detailed data for that isotope, such as half life, decay mode, alpha/beta/gamma energies, and daughter products. A molecular weight calculator makes it easy to find the molecular weight of compounds. A shaded diagram showing the ranges of physical properties makes it easy to visualize relationships across the periodic table.

PseudoAnacron 1.5.1
PseudoAnacron is a useful utility which helps you do some periodic maintenance tasks at specific times. more>>
PseudoAnacron 1.5.1 is a useful utility which helps you do some periodic maintenance tasks at specific times.
There are daily, weekly, and monthly periodic tasks that are launched in the middle of the night. If your Mac is not powered up 24 hours a day, probably some (or all) of those tasks are never (or seldom) performed. You can find utilities around the net that allow you to manually launch those tasks, others (like anacron) that, once installed in the system, are repeatedly called to check any skipped cron task.
PseudoAnacron takes a different approach: at login (its a startup application) it checks if the periodic daily/weekly/monthly task was skipped and in that case the task is launched; after that, PseudoAnacron quits, wasting no more CPU cycles.
Enhancements: Added the administrator name field in preferences: now you can use PseudoAnacron with non-administrator accounts.
Requirements:
- OS X 10.4 - 10.5.x.
- Universal Binary.

Runs the periodic daily, weekly or monthly tasks on your Mac even if the machine (a laptop, for example) spends much of its time either asleep or switched-off. It runs automatically, requires no operator intervention, and will run both the default daily, weekly, and monthly scripts and any local additions.
