JSqlParser transforms a SQL statement into a hierarchy of java classes. Operations on the classes of JSqlParser are executed using the Visitor pattern.

DragMath is a drag and drop equation editor in the form of a Java applet. Once an expression is created the user can convert it into a variety of different linear syntax for mathematics, including MathML, LaTeX, Maple, Maxima or any user defined style.
The editor lets users build up mathematical expressions in a traditional two dimensional way, and then output the results in a correctly formed syntax. This is not so easy: mathematical notation contains some ambiguities.
The supplied output formats are MathML, LaTeX, Maple, Maxima. It is also possible to convert the expression to almost any user defined style by creating an XML file with the correct syntax data in it. Details of how to do this are included in the documentation.
Although mathematics is less dependent on language than many things, the applet loads a language file which makes it possible to translate DragMath into other languages.
DragMath has currently been translated into: Catalan, Czech, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese (Brazilian), Dutch, English, French, German, Russian, Spanish and Swedish.

Three bugs occured when expression data contained missing values in the following modules:
- Average/median expression calculation
- Standard deviation filtration
- Standardized normalization
- The "affy" package does not provide the "normalize.quantiles" function anymore. AMEN now uses the "normalizeBetweenArrays" function from the "Limma" package into the quantile-quantile normalization module.

GCMathParser is a free class that you can use in applications that need a way to deal with mathematical expressions input by the user.
GCMathParser accepts an NSString consisting of a well-formed mathematical expression, evaluates it, and returns the result. It supports arbitrary named variables, so it is also perfect for graph plotting applications.

RegexSearch is a Java application that will perform graphical find-and-replace and find searches for regular expressions on multiple text files.

Main features:
- It can search for literal text or regular expressions.
- The search can be performed on a single file, on a directory (with optional recursion), on the files and directories listed in a text file, or on the files in which the target was found in a previous search. Files can be included in and excluded from the search by means of pathname filters, which allow bounded recursion.
- Occurrences of the target expression within each file are displayed in a scrollable window, with the matched text highlighted.
- Occurrences of the target expression can be replaced individually or globally. If the target is a regular expression, the replacement can include arbitrary parts of the matched text.
- Replacements can be previewed, then accepted or rejected.
- The parsing and matching of regular expressions is performed by the robust Java regular-expression engine. The syntax of Javas regular expressions is similar to that of Perl and Python.
- The results of a search (number of matches, number of replacements) are displayed for each file in which a match is found. The results can be copied to the system clipboard in a form that is suitable for use as a list file to limit the scope of a new search.
- Although a file cannot be edited in RegexSearchs text view, a command can be issued to open the file in an external editor.
