Final Print 1.8.1 is a useful utility that helps you with the printing of Final Cut Pro bins and markers with columns for thumbnail, timecode, name and comment information. Column layouts can be easily customized and your company or production logo printed at the top of each page.
Final Print is a standalone application which prints a list of clips in a bin or markers contained in a clip or sequence. This provides a very useful workflow enhancement when handing off a project to someone else for further work.
Major Features:
- Bin a Long Time...Time for a celebration - it's now possible to print Final Cut Pro bins with thumbnails! Simply export a project or bin as an XML file and open in Final Print. Up to 10 columns of information are displayed for each clip or sequence in the bin and the list can be printed or saved as a PDF file.
- Mark My Words...Printing markers is just as easy. Notes at particular timecodes are made directly in Final Cut Pro as markers on clips or sequences and exported to an XML file. Final Print opens the XML and displays a list of markers along with name, comment, timecode and thumbnail image.
- Fine Tuning: Final Print's column layouts can be customised and saved as a template for recall at a later date. The colour of the printed header can be changed and your company or production logo shown at the top of every page.
Enhancements
- Generator clips on higher video tracks now ignored when creating thumbnails.
- eSellerate engine installation process now compatible with Open Directory user accounts.
- An unnamed sequence or clip no longer causes Final Print to crash.
- Grid height now correct when printing 16:9 thumbnails of markers in a sequence.
- Final Cut Pro v4.1 (or later) for export of XML files.
