- Quite a few of the changes in the updater help improve GameRanger support. In addition, the following specific changes were made:
- The initial connection process for GameRanger games is much more reliable now, especially when running behind a router.
- Added support for GameRanger Premium.
- Online games now work from dial-up connections.
- Startup movies are skipped when launching GameRanger games.
- The 1.01 version is now network compatible across all different language versions. English, French, and German versions can play network and online games.
- Both "delete" keys (the large one and the small one above the arrow keys) will now destroy units and buildings.
- Cmd-Shift-P will pause the game (useful for laptops).
- Occasionally the installer will leave a few files with truncated file names. The application now looks for these and renames them at launch time.
- Fixed a crash bug that occurred when you looked at the Help page for certain units (the "Giant Killer Einherjar", for example).
- Fixed a bug where units that have been hurled through the air (from a meteor attack, for example) would sometimes stop right above the ground and stay there, helplessly flailing away.
- Fixed a bug where you could garrison units inside of the hero unit Amanra.
- Removed a few PC-specific items from the Options screen.
- Fixed the warning for saving over existing files for save games.
- Added support for the middle mouse button, which cycles through latest notifications.
- Added support for saving and loading files with "extended" characters with accent marks (this is mainly for foreign versions).
- Slight performance improvements.

Lots of people have written cute little storybooks for kids that are like this, so I thought Id write an application that let me make them using online image search engines (of a folder on your hard drive).
Someone has probably had this idea before, but I couldnt find anything online anywhere, so I wrote it myself.

DownloadStory 1.4 is known as a useful application that is created to help facilitate downloading all of a fanfiction story off of any of the biggest fanfiction websites. Once downloaded, the entire story is available even when you are offline - great for installing on an iPhone to read on the go, or on your laptop on airplane trips.

Once you provide the web page address of the beginning of the story (the first chapter always works, and I try to support index pages as well), then the software will download each chapter in the background, saving the files into a temporary folder created on your desktop. While this is going on you can do anything else you want. Once the software has downloaded all of the chapters, it combines all of the them together into your preference of a html or text file. Finally it takes that compiled document and puts it in a folder called "New Stories" on your desktop.

- All the items missing from 0.4.2 listed in the missing section have finally been added to 0.4.3, and thats the reason the developers decided to push for another 0.4.x release before forging ahead to 0.5.0 which will likely have a new gameplay feel and more stories

The game is small and loads quick, but offers much more than you would expect from a game of this size.
FSO2s list of features is huge. You can fight monster, fish, farm, blacksmith, work as a healer, lumberjack, carpenter, tailor, trap disarmer, thief, artist, etc.
FSO2 also allows your character to work as a shop keeper even when youre not online. In other MMORPGs youd have to hire a shop keeper but in FSO2 you are the shop keeper. When youre ready to call it a night simply drink the shop elixer and your shop keeper will remain logged on even when you are not.
FSO2 runs great in the background. You wont find it eating up all of your computer, and you dont need a computer with specs that doesnt even exist yet in order to run the game. We recommend an 800 mhz P3 or greater with 128 MB RAM (or a 500 mhz G3 with 256 MB RAM Mac).
FSO2 is free to play forever. You can log on and play without ever paying a penny. However, unregistered users will have some features disabled for them.
The full version of FSO2 is only $25 and it gives you access to everything the game has to offer. This is a one-time fee, not a subscription fee like other online RPGs. There are three main functions: auto-stitch, quick stitch and auto-unstitch. It is highly recommended to assign some keyboard shortcuts to the TextStitch menu items if you intend to use these functions often (using Edit - Keyboard Shortcuts... ).
- Auto-Stitch
Auto-stitch will automatically thread all unthreaded text frames it finds in a logical order (roughly left-right, top-down, page order). It will ignore non-empty text frames, or frames that have already been threaded. When frames are positioned in irregular positions, itll try to guess a logical order.
This function can be performed either on the current spread, or throughout the complete document; there is a configuration dialog under the API - Text Stitch - Configure... menu item which allows you to choose between these two options.
- Quick Stitch
The second function, quick stitch, allows you to stitch multiple text frames together with just a single click per frame.
- Auto-Unstitch
Auto-unstitch, the third function, will break all text threads on the current spread or in the current document - all stories will bunch up in the first frame of each story thread. Be careful with this as it will also remove all threads you might have assigned manually.

Lightning Brain StoryParker for InDesign 1.0.7 is created as a useful plug-in which aims at helping you cope with cluttered pages. It adds a number of context menus to various page items
Every page item can be temporarily 'parked' - meaning: you can put it aside, somewhere on the pasteboard, and quickly move it back to exactly where it came from some time later.
Stories spread over linked text boxes can also be parked all together.
The idea is to help you get one or more page items out of the way quickly, for example because you want to reach something that's underneath. Later on, you can move the page items back to their exact original position with a single click.
The neat thing is that parked page items 'remember' where they came from - you can 'unpark' them, which causes them to fly back to the exact location they had before you parked them.
Parked items are put on the pasteboard, and can be moved around freely from there - any movement while they are parked is ignored and forgotten the instant you unpark them.
There is a neat extra trick for text boxes: the context menu you get by right-clicking or control-clicking a text box will also allow you to park the whole story.
All text boxes that contain parts of the same 'text flow' or story are parked together.
