Instant message conversations with users are not limited to users who have Messenger for Mac installed on their computers. You can also have instant message conversations with Yahoo! Messenger users.
A corporate account uses the Microsoft Office Live Communications Server service. Contacts that you add to your corporate account include coworkers who are in the same company as you and associates at other companies. Instant message conversations with other corporate account users are not limited to corporate users who have Messenger for Mac installed on their computers. With the federation features enabled on Live Communications Server, users can also have instant message conversations with users who have other instant messaging services, such as AOL Instant Messenger (AIM), Yahoo! Messenger, and iChat users who are signed in with AOL accounts.

I have written some add-on scripts for Salling Clicker, a program that helped inspire me to purchase a bluetooth phone last year. This program allows you to control your mac with your bluetooth phone, enabling it to do everything from presentations, to pausing a film to automatically turning on your music etc as you enter the room. It is quite amazing what one can do with a bluetooth link and Salling Clicker.
The new version of MSN status for Salling Clicker now works with aMSN, dMSN and Microsoft MSN Messenger. If you have any questions or suggestions please dont hesitate: electron1k@hotmail.com
dMSN control uses a very crude method of control...you need to have dMSN positioned as shown in the picture, so salling clicker can click the MSN menu correctly. Very ungraceful.
William Bowling has written a cool script which actually allows you to use your phone to receive messages from aMSN, send them, change your status etc.
