Just drop the MPEG file into MPEG Info X. Read, print or save the output. The only problem right now seams to be a bug in "Estimated Duration" for MPEG2 files.

rePear is a very useful tool for all iPod users who, for some reason, are not happy about iTunes and want to manage their music files for themselves.
