MovieScript asks you to choose the frame rate, the codec for compressing the data. The script also asks for a folder to watch where image files arrive, a folder to temporarily move the files to and the name of the movie you want to create.

If no new image files arrive in the folder for five minutes the script processes the last image file and then creates the movie, and moves all the files back to the original folder.

Movie Flipper is a small program that will print a "flip book" from a QuickTime movie that can be printed and assembled. It is very bare bones - it expects the frame rate and other features to be set beforehand, and it seems to have problems with certain codecs and save settings, but is otherwise a neat little program to play with.

QuickTime movies to be printed should be exported at 3-5 frames per second. You do not need to export the sound track, although it wont hurt to do so. Print the movies to your printer (your printers margins will automatically be taken into consideration) on heavy paper or card stock. Once you have done this, you can cut them out on the black line and put them in frame order (the frames are numbered) and staple or otherwise bind the paper together.
