You and your partner, Detective Lennie Briscoe (actual voice of Jerry Orbach), will work to uncover the identity of the victim, gather evidence, track down witnesses, and identify viable suspects. Mamble is written in perl and you have to copy the source code into a file ending with .pl (I recommend mamble.pl). What you do is you start out with ten dollars, then you bet an amount of money less than or equal to what you have, then you choose a number from one to ten.

The computer has already chosen a random number from one to ten, so if you choose the same number as the computer the amount you bet is added to your money, otherwise the amount you bet is taken away from your money. Have fun!

There are also two cheat codes that you can easily find if you open mamble with a text editor and understand Perl well enough to find them.
