This project started as a way for me not to have to remember the long Unix commands to edit the .plist files to do these things, so I decided to share it with you.
This is only the second program Ive written in AppleScript, so Im sure it could be better. It will evolve with time.
These modifications are not supported by Apple or by me, so use this at your own risk.

Goliath 1.0 is a feature-rich and trustworthy program which allows remote creation and editing of documents on Web sites. It employs a technology called WebDAV (also found in Microsoft Office 2000 and Microsoft Internet Explorer 5 for Windows) that can make changes to the files on Web servers that understand WebDAV.
With Goliath, you can view the contents of a Web site in a Finder-like fashion (including file size, modification date, and type), upload new files, create new folders, delete files and folders, and rename files on a Web server. Additionally, you can download copies of files on a Web server using drag and drop, including delete by dragging to the Trash.

Whats more, once you set up the source folder (which is the folder you publish your site to), and ftp server, the iWebFlinger daemon automatically checks for changes to the source folder.
Then it finds only those files which have actually changed (not just their creation/modification times since iWeb changes them all), and uploads them.
Enhancements:
- Fixed unloactable iWebFlingerDaemon.app error.
- Daemon now runs every 10 seconds (as opposed to 5).
- Logging is now disabled.
