Remember that game "Music Quiz" for the iPod? Well for some reason it was left out of the iPhone. This game plays a random section of a random song and present you with a multiple choice list of song names. If you choose the correct one the fastest you score the most points.

FlashCard Quizzer 1.2.3 is a very serviceable tool which allows you to create and test yourself with standard flashcards. The quiz is randomized, and a question is asked until you get it right. Along with an internal file format, property lists and text files are supported filetypes.

MidiPipe is freeware and comes with no warranties. It has been well tested and has shown no major problems, but is not finished. It can be useful in a music studio or on stage to modify MIDI messages in real-time.
Mac OS X 10.2.8 (Jaguar) or higher is required - 10.4 (Tiger) is recommended.

Apple Inkwell 1.1.1 is a utility to identify your handwriting. You just write on a graphics tablet, and Jaguar turns it into typed text at the cursor in any application. Inkwell just works with all your existing applications. No upgrades, no application changes are necessary.

Inkwell lets you write wherever you want to on the screen, and the recognized text just flows to the current insertion point, as if you?d typed it on a keyboard. So when you?re working with a graphics tablet, there?s no need to put down the pen and return to the keyboard just to enter a title, caption or filename. You can also write command-key shortcuts with the pen ? it's easy to open and close windows, and otherwise control your applications, without lifting your pen from the tablet.

Built on Apple's Recognition Engine Inkwell's handwriting recognition is the best in the industry. Beyond just words and numbers, you can also use Inkwell to write commands. Inkwell provides a set of easy to learn and remember gestures that are convenient for carrying out common functions, such as cut, copy, paste and select-all, with a single stroke of the pen.

While in handwriting mode, you can still drag windows and use scrollbars and other controls immediately. The pen knows to behave like a mouse instantly in these special places. For other places, you can just press and hold the pen still briefly to use it like a mouse, anywhere.

You use Ink on a floating window to automatically insert text at the cursor. • New in version 1.2: the keys combination for Forward Delete key code is not interpreted when the Command modifier key is held down.It means that you can now use the Finder's shortcut to empty the Trash, or the Photoshop's shortcut using the Shift/Option Delete keys combination. iMote is an an amazingly useful tool for controlling basic iTunes functions (like pausing/paying the current track, skipping to the next or previous track, etc.) from any other application.
Say youre surfing the web with Safari (or doing anything else in any other application - except most games) and you want iTunes to skip to the next track; conventonally you would either have to right-click the iTunes dock menu and choose "Next Track," or, click the iTunes icon in the dock to open the iTunes window, and then click next-track control.
If youre using iMote, however, you have two more options.
First, iMote gives you the option of adding a system .menu item to your menu bar. You can use the menu to perform an assortment of basic actions, setting the current tracks rating, change the current playist, and adjust the Shuffle and Repeat settin
The second option iMote gives you over just iTunes, and the option that is intended to be use most often, is its hot keys. For example: If you want to set the currently playing tracks rating to 4 stars, just hold the "Apple" + "Option" modifier keys, and tap the "4" number key.
This is an extremely quick and easy way to interact with iTunes - you dont even need to touch the mouse. You can also set custom hot keys using iMotes Preferences window.
iMote also includes a floating, transparent window called the "Floater" that displays information about the track iTunes is currently playing. It displays the name of the track, the album, artist, the tracks rating, and its album artwork if it has any.
iMote is built to use absolutely as little memory and CPU time as possible, and has just the right assortment of options.
