Free manage accounts software for mac

Sometimes, in my case quite often, I have to delete keys in my known hosts file. To make that task as simple as possible I have written manage known hosts, a small application that displays the known hosts and their keys and allows to delete single entries.

Completly freeware for personal use.

Manage file names 0.1 is a functional and easy-to-use system utility. Five automator workflows deployed as finder contextual menu plugins that allow you to add a new file name extension, remove the extension, change the file name extension, add a prefix or a suffix to the selected files in the finder.

Accounts Enhancer is a small utility making it easy to change short usernames.

A-Cownts 1.0.4 lets you easily store and manage all kinds of accounts (e-mail, website, banking...) with an encrypted data file. It offers you a quick way of saving and maintaining accounts. It comes with built-in tabs under which you can store accounts for different purposes. A-Cownts also has a built-in function called Dice. Dice lets you create random passwords containing up to 99 characters.

With Auto-Reply Account (Entourage) you can set up a Mail Rule and a Schedule to answer specific mail by Auto-Reply, using a different e-mail account from the one to which the mail is received.

The script is particularly useful if you have a number of “dummy” receiving accounts and want your auto-replies to go out from SMTP-only accounts with the same name, instead of from your all-purpose main POP account to which the dummy-addressed messages get redirected.

You can also use this script to send auto-replies from your default account in order to avail yourself of the superior text-quoting and storage options offered.

Account Book Fukusuke 0.3.2 is a wonderful application which allows you to manage two or more accounts such as cash, banks, and credit cards, and to be able to understand the entire economy. For instance, when the income from the bank is recorded in the cash account, expense is automatically recorded in the bank account.
