With Tiger Envelopes you use email just like you always have with everyone. And, without you doing anything, your messages are private with people who use envelopes.

Theres a tradeoff between ease of use and security. For too many years some security professionals have said any privacy thats not perfect is worse than worthless. They say it creates a false sense of security.
No one has a false sense of security about envelopes. Theyre made of paper. But we know theyre much more private than messages without envelopes, such as postcards or email.
Tiger gives you envelopes for your email.
Envelopes comes in two versions, Free and Business.
Tiger Free Envelopes is free in both senses, gratis and libre. It is released under the GPL.
Tiger Business Envelopes is commercial. Its based on Tiger Free Envelopes and adds support plus advanced features businesses need. Source code is included for security audits, but its not GPL.

moEnvelopes allows you to print envelopes from Jaguars Address Book.
moEnvelopes uses the groups from AddressBook as mailing lists, just like Apples Mail uses them for e-mail mailing lists. The first step ist therefore to create a group in AddressBook and to add people (or other groups) to it.
Now start moEnvelopes. Choose the group and the desired envelope style from the popups at the top of the window. You can review the resulting output in the areas below. When you are satisfied, choose "Print..." from the File menu to print the envelopes.
Enhancements:
- This version now runs on Panther (MacOS X 10.3). If you are using Jaguar (MacOS X 10.2), you should use version 0.6.
- Fixed some spelling errors.

You can use EasyEnvelopes to quickly print a one-off envelope, or utilize its tight integration with Address Book which allows you to quickly find a persons address to print an envelope for.
It handles USPS bar codes for both 5 and 9 digit bar codes, and boasts many time-saving nicities.
The software is fully localizable (works with any countrys address format), and allows users to customize the envelope size, return address, mailing address, and more.

Print Mailing Labels EW is an Entourage AppleScript that prints mailing labels to Entourage contacts and groups selected in the Address Book, or in Custom Views or Search Result windows.

Make mailing list rule is an AppleScript that enables you to make a new rule for a mailing list.

This script will create a folder for a mailing list, and create a rule to move incoming messages for that list into the folder, only if no folder or rule of the same name already exists. It makes the rule the second rule in the rule list--this is because many people have a kill file rule as the first rule.

The script makes the assumption that the To recipient is the list address. If that is not the case, do not use the script for that list. Unfortunately, there is no one characteristic common to all mailing lists that a script can use.

When run from a linked Mail Rule, Send to Mailing List (Entourage) allows you to run a mailing list from Entourage. Whenever an email comes in from a list member it will be immediately sent out to the whole group.

Unlike a Redirect, replies will go to you at your list account (and get sent out again), not to the sender. Unlike a Forward, it wont have the FW: prefix and other Forward paraphernalia in the message text.

When Outlook Express makes a contact entry for a mailing list, it annoyingly puts the first word as a "first name" and the rest of it as a "last name", and alphabetizes it according to this spurious "last name" in the Address Book.

This makes it impossible to find if youre ever looking for it in the Address Book. This script overcomes this.
