However, I still receive requests for updates and modifications to the software, so I have resurrected the source and fixed many problems that have been brought to my attention in the last 4 years.
I dont expect that I will move the entire application to Universal Binary. To do so requires a major re-write and this would not seem to be justified, given that the initial reason I wrote the software was to solve networking problems on a platform that had no tools at all. Times have changed.
Thank-you to all of you have contacted me over the years since I first released the initial version (back on MacOS 7.5 from memory). Its a testament to Apple and Metrowerks that the software has survived largely intact since I first released it 1996, has run on 3 vastly different instruction sets (68K, PPC, Intel) and survived the major transitions in the OS that have struck over the years.<<less

Xi-FreshSnow M 1.1 is an impressive and unique ShapeShifter theme that changes the entire graphical appearance of Mac OS X.
This theme is a white plastic theme (inspired by Apple consumer line) with some grey shiny elements. The general element shape was designed based on my Xi-tibook2 theme as a starting point. The package contains a guiKit with a lot of app skins (Adress Book, calculator, iCal, iChat, iTunes, Quicktime, Safari, VLC) and two Konfabulator widgets (a calendar and an analog clock).

E&M Verify 0.9.1b is designed as a set of useful Medicare Medical Decision Making guidelines that allows for twelve different organ system- or specialty-based physical exam coding templates.
The situation is further complicated by different sets of rules in certain states (DC/DE/MD/TX/VA).
E&M Verify (EMV) considers all physical templates, history, and complexity by either set of rules and determines the optimal billing level. EMV from Rush Runware allows physicians to spot-check themselves and ensure that they are coding at the rate to which they are entitled. It can also be used for in-house auditing by the practice's or hospital's billing personnel and as a training tool for residents.
EMV is not intended in any way to substitute for a knowledge of coding guidelines. No liability is assumed by Rush Runware or by Adam J. Rush for the use of this software. Please note that this is a time-limited public beta: a more detailed end-user license agreement will be available soon.
A Windows version is also available.
