Boot Log 1.1 is a distinguished and easy to use program that runs on OS-X to grab the user name you booted up as and saves a log in the user's prefs folder called 'boot log'.

This log is added to every time the program is executed so it is suggested to make the program part of the startup items in a user's system preferences. The only known issue is that it currently does not save the file in a common place for global accesses across different users. It is suggested that you use 10.1 or later version of OS-X as the user name lookup routine doesn't work well with the earlier versions of OS-X. The source code is included.

LogRotate is a free library of methods that will allow a developer to perform log rotation.
The log rotate methods allow the caller to specify options (via parameters) such as how many rotated files to keep, what type of extension to place on the rotated file (date or a simple count), and whether to zip the rotated files.
Live log files (currently being written to by a live process) can be rotated as well. The post_rotate option is useful in that context, as it can be used to send a HUP signal to notify the live process to reopen its log file.

Logyasan is a very interesting and useful iTunes logger.

This software consists of two part - Logyasan and LogyasanBrowser.

Logysan is a background application that records log of track you listened in iTunes. LogyasanBrowser is a dashborad widget that displays assembled logs.

The goal is not to create a new MVC framework but to offer a real-world implementation and use of an existing framework already used by many programmers, simplifying the use of that framework and maximizing the productivity.

Also, Log4J based logging is provided, but with some extensions that permit to be controlled from remote, management of the authentication, authorization and profiling of the customer, a simple scheduler and many other utility classes.
Sure, some of the previous functionalities are also offered by other libraries or frameworks and in some cases they offer more functionalities than JFW.
But these libraries are created by various development groups and this demands the knowledge of different interfaces for using the offered functionalities, with different types of configurations.
Since a framework or library is useless without an adequate documentation, a considerable part of our job is dedicated to create useful javadocs and practical examples, in order to make JFW and webapps ready to the use.

HoudahGPS 3.1.1 is an efficient program that allows you to transfer track log and waypoint data from many different GPS track loggers. Supported brands and models include:
