A Better VLookup 0.5a is a simple, stable and fast multimedia shell and desktop tool. Currently Microsoft Excel for Mac takes on average several minutes to perform vertical lookups on data in separate worksheets. Now I've developed something in Perl that takes 3 seconds. It's only simple, but it does the job well. Give it 2 tab delimited files and an output file will be created on the desktop with an extra column appended to the end that will contain the vertical lookup data.

You play as a faction leader protecting the barbarian city, Jorvik, by destroying threatening monsters and completing quests. At the same time, you compete with rival factions to see who will rule the city. Barbarians choose their leaders by fighting to the death!
As a faction leader, you must deal with rival factions through diplomacy, trade, and in time, war. Between battles and raids against other barbarian factions, you build the most powerful faction possible, to withstand your enemies. Building the power of a faction involves exploring a fantasy world, slaying dangerous monsters, solving quests for the city, avoiding deadly traps, and plundering loot to share within your faction.
But in this world, actions actually have consequences, so take care. Annoying the powerful and aggressive Legion of Fear faction will cause them to declare war and destroy you. Ignored Orc uprisings in the Black Forest will cause even more trouble. Protect ally covenants that are being raided, because friends are hard to come by.

A Better How Long 1.2 comes with many useful features to allow you to display the time and for how many days your computer has been running in floating window. By that way, it stays on top of everything. It can be stuck in a corner of the screen for a constant reference.
It also offers a log window that indicates when the program was launched or quit. This way, if you put the program in your startup folder, it will therefore say when was your computer started and shut down.

Better Search 1.2 provides you diversified and effective way to search deeply in your hard drive. You could not search packages nor could you search in invisible directories. Better Search attempts to correct that. While it is not as pretty as Spotlight it does allow one to have greater control over a search. But this comes at a cost. Better search does use a high level of cpu time and memory. You can run multiple searches at the same time, search in packages, search visible and invisible directories and search case insensitive or not.
Better Search will also allow you to either only search for Directories or files, or both. Keep in mind when you search that Bundles such as Applications, are considered by the system to be directories. This will possibly be accounted for in a future release but for now you must choose to find either files and folder, or folders if you are looking for applications or other bundles.
Enhancements:
- Now allows you to search the contents of a file.
- Be aware that this is quite time consuming.

This action does not take the iPhoto copy and move it, it creates a copy on your desktop. I came up with the idea when I wanted to upload some images but the iPhoto organized folders were annoying me. Sorry for the lack of a proper installer, it just wouldn't work in my betas.
