iTunes Album Playlist Creator is a small tool that allows you to create playlists for every album either in your entire iTunes library or in a selected playlist.

You can also specify whether your playlist is called after only the album or in the format Artist - Album.

This AppleScript Collection contains 4 scripts that will calculate how much time you have spent listening to your music.

There are four different ways to customize the calculation.

iTunes Associator changes the file type creator of MP3s to iTune MP3s. Simply drag all of your MP3 files onto the iTunes Associator and they automatically convert.

Random Playlist Creator is an application that randomly generates iTunes playlists from a source playlist, which can be of any type that references Library tracks (Library, normal, smart, Purchased Songs, Party Mix are the types that come to mind). It requires that iTunes is running: when run, it will start iTunes if necessary and will automatically quit if iTunes quits.
Main features:
- Creates multiple iTunes playlists of a specified combined file size or playing time. The number of playlists created is dependent on the number of tracks in the source playlist.
- Creates "super-playlists", each consisting of one or more segments (each segment comprises an iTunes playlist). This feature is especially useful for flash-based MP3 players with expansion cards where the internal memory is a different size than the expansion memory.
- Allows the last generated super-playlist to be randomly padded with tracks from previously generated super-playlists.
- Allows groups of tracks to be kept together in a specified order within the generated playlists. This feature is useful for albums where multiple tracks comprise a single contiguous song and some of the tracks do not stand very well on their own, such as the tracks that comprise each LP side of Pink Floyds Dark Side of the Moon.
- Track groupings can be defined either by creating a specially-named playlist or by defining the "grouping" ID3 tag in each song file.
- The defined track groupings can be individually enabled or disabled for use when generating random playlists with track groupings.
- Allows a group of tracks to either be constrained to a single segment (if its possible for the group to fit completely within one segment) or to span multiple segments within a super-playlist.
- Provides an enhanced shuffle mode where an entire playlist can be shuffled into a single new playlist with the track groupings intact.
- Provides an option to use only the MP3-formatted files in the source playlist -- useful for MP3 CDs and non-iPod MP3 players.
Enhancements:
- Presets can be defined to allow quick selection of often-used settings.

The iTunes Music Store (iTMS) Charts dashboard widget gives you the latest Top Songs, Top Albums, Featured or Exclusive Content, New Additions and Releases from the iTunes Music Store.
The widget allows you to choose music stores: USA, Austria, Belgium, Canada,Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, and the UK.
If you want to choose which genre the results will show just flip the widget and you will find the option on the back side.

iTunes Window Styler is an AppleScript that automate the formatting of iTunes columns--Song Name, Artist Name, Album Title and Genre.

Just store it as script in the Scripts Folder of iTunes so that the script is only a mouse click away when you are running iTunes and youre on your way.

playlistbot 1.1 is designed as a handy program which gives you the ability to create playlists and add audio files to itunes corresponding to folders containing music in the finder. You can create playlists by dropping one or more folders onto playlist bot each folder including its sub-folders and sub-subfolders...will be added as a separate playlist to your itunes library. Each file will be associated with a playlist of the name of its parent folder.

Playlistbot is under gnu-license, basically this means, that this is free software, everyone is permitted to copy and distribute and change this software. If you change it the resulting software must be distributed under gnu public license as well.
