"To sync with any phone thats been configured in iSync, the iSync application must be open to sync to it via Sync Now from the Sync Status menu. In other words, if you set up a mobile phone in iSync, you will not be able to sync information with it from the Sync Status menu if iSync is not open."
This is different to 10.3 and earlier and in my opinion is a step-back in user-friendliness.
Sync Now can be added to your dock or your favourite menu bar application launcher to bring back the old 1-click sync functionality without having to manually open iSync and click again.
When run Sync Now will open iSync, start the syncing process then quit iSync and itself when finished.

The main differences between this script and Sal's script is that it performs the action on all nested folders and not just the ones in the parent folder, and that it comes in three forms: one suited for use as a draggable Finder application, one suited for triggering from the Apple menu, and one suitable as a folder action . By default it only rearranges nested folders whose windows are open when it is activated, but it can be quickly and easily modified to perform the action on every nested folder in the specified parent folder.

Each pixel in an LCD has three transistors. One for the color red, green, and blue. This application will test these transistors in all relevant states.
LCDtest can only help you identify back or stuck pixels on your LCD. It cannot repair the monitor. Once you have identified a pixel that is not working properly you may be able to fix the issue with a massaging technique that is explained in the application.
