iPhoto Diet is a utility for slimming down iPhoto libraries. It removes the original copies of modified photos based on several selectable criteria. For example, criteria include removing unrotated originals or redundant duplicates.
As well, iPhoto Diet can remove the icon thumbnails from photo files, saving additional space. Useful utility prior to burning your iPhoto libraries onto CDs or for freeing up hard drive space. iPhoto Diet can be run manually or set to run automatically at desired times. It is available in multiple languages and welcomes contributions for additional languages.

The two elements, the MP3 audio file and iPhoto image, will be combined in the QuickTime Player to produce a movie! Double-click the droplet to set preferences for the slidwshow width.

iPhoto To SQL will create the following fields: id, title, comment, keywords, stars, date, album, thumbnail filename and image filename. You can set height/width maximums on the thumbnails and images and they will be rescaled with their aspect ratio preserved.

A friend had her iPhoto Library "disappear" on her one day, such that iPhoto showed no pictures, but the files were all still tucked away in the iPhoto library structure. We couldnt seem to rebuild the library without importing everything back into iPhoto and manually weeding through the "thumbnails" and "altered" files created by iPhoto.
Thus iPhoto Extractor was born. Its function is simple, traverse the iPhoto library structure, copying the target files into a sorted destination. This way you can import all or some of your files back into iPhoto and not worry about thumbnails and other files you would have to manage manually.
The download package has 2 files, an AppleScript droplet and a "Pro" version that is a Mac OS X application that runs in Mac OS X 10.3 or higher. Check out the READ ME for more information on which to use and why.
