Send Category Invitations (Entourage) is an AppleScript for Microsoft Entourage that will send iCal invitations for all events of a particular category you choose to any contacts or and/or groups you select in the Address Book.

So you could set up a number of events (meetings, for example), give them their own category, and automatically send out invitations to the Group of members associated with these meetings for all the meetings at once.

When the recipients receive and accept the invitations – if they all have Entourage or another email client that reads iCal messages – the meetings will all automatically be entered on their own calendars.
