Dialup Control 1.0 is created with the aim to provide two utilities for forcing the connection or disconnection of a dialup-connection to the internet.

Useful especially for home Airport networks where the server is dialup-connected and a bug in system preferences ignores the inactivity disconnect setting and keeps constantly connected (hogging the line)

AppSwitcher Control is a handy application which allows you to customize the appearance and behavior of the Application Switcher in Mac OS 8.5.
Enhancements:
- Revised layout of options using more visual elements. Eliminated popup menus.
- Added miniature representation of the screen which allows you to visually set position, orientation, and grow direction, all at once.
- Added ability to edit name width. Click the arrows to increment or decrement by 10 pixels. Shift-click to increment or decrement by 1 pixel.
- Added ability to order by name or launch order, normal or reverse.
- AppSwitcher Control now reads the Application Switchers settings only the first time you launch it. When you quit AppSwitcher Control, it saves your settings to its own preferences file. From then on, it reads settings from its preferences file at launch. This results in much faster launch times.
- AppSwitcher Control now does a better job of loading the existing settings.
- AppSwitcher Control now remembers which tab was frontmost when you last used the application.

DateControl 3.8 is such a real and useful basic control plugin tool that is designed to enable users to create a Date-picker.

The Control is displayed according to control panel date settings, or in exclusive mm.dd.yyyy, exclusive dd.mm.yyyy or exclusive SQL format mode. "NULL" dates or what some would call no selection is supported. The control uses Native Windows control on Windows systems and native

The software is free for iMic users. Currently the iMic control supports output treble, bass, volume, balance, and mute as well as input gain. Some functions such as audio input gain require that you hot plug the iMic before the new settings take effect.

Web Control is an application used to edit the Apache webserver configuration files (httpd.conf).
How do I use it?
Id like to say, first thing, that this application is not for the casual user. It makes editing Apaches configuration file easier, but you still need to know how the configuration file works. If you need help with the configuration file, refer to the Apache manual at http://httpd.apache.org/docs/.
How much will it cost me?
Nothing. Nada. Zilch. In other words, completely free. Im committed to keeping all of my applications free, both now and in the future.
Enhancements:
- Name has changed from Webserver Configuration to Web Control.
- New icon.
- Multiple selection is now available.
- Dragging or pasting any of the configuration directives into a text editor will show what they look like in the actual configuration file.
- Fixed a few issues with undo/redo support.
- Row height has been increased so that it is easier to read the directives/values without having to resize the window to ridiculous widths.
- Added an "Open Quickly" menu to the File menu. This will display all of the configuration files Web Control is able to find in the httpd config directory.
- Now able to open multiple configuration files, instead of only the httpd.conf file.
- Able to change the location of the httpd config directory. Previously, it was assumed to be at /etc/httpd with no way to change this. Same goes for the apachectl script.
- If the application is not authorized, editing of the configuration file is not allowed. Previously, this was allowed, even though saving of the file was not.
- Background colors and comment colors are now user settable in the preferences.
- Greatly enhanced the parsing engine. Web Control can really open any file with an extension of .conf now. (This is not, of course, encouraged.)
- Authorization button updated to look more like 10.3s authorization view.
- Many, many internal code improvements.

Volume Control is a free Yahoo! widget that will allow you to easily control your volume! This light-weight Widget allows you to adjust and mute your computers volume with a simple mouse scroll or click of a button. You can even set the volume sensitivity.

- This initial version provides mouse-scroll volume adjustments, up and down volume buttons, a mute button, and in-volume click changes.

Under Mac OS 9 you could control-click an image file and use it as a desktop image. Under Mac OS you have to go to the System Prefs, click Desktop Pictures and then drag (or otherwise select) the file you want on your desktop.

I got tired of this.Drag an image file onto DesktopControl (currently supports jpg, gif, png and tiff) and your desktop will instantly (well, almost) change.
